After much research we decided on getting Hoocht to help me and my partner get a mortgage. Always been a bit sceptical of using advisors for anything as some can be a bit pushy but in this case certainly not the case. Had a senior mortgage advisor, Shannon Burnett, take on our application.
Not only did he knock just under £90 off any monthly price i could get running searches online due to lower rates but we went from an agreement in principal to full mortgage offer in under two weeks. I dont normally review anything but in this case i felt like i needed too.
Would i recommend, yes. Without a shadow of a doubt. Make Hoocht your first call and save yourself the time and effort. Superb work.

We didn't believe we would be able to achieve a mortgage due to our personal circumstances and one of us having had some previous credit issues.

Very impressed with Hoocht. The online assessment was user friendly and the follow-up advice and assistance from my broker was both helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend.

Cracking service. Had a previous bad experience with a high street lender. Logged my details online and got a call back. Very good service, knowledgeable and found a better deal than previous. Saved an extra £50 a month, no fees and I only had to pay £35 in total to the solicitor.

All steps were quick, simple and i was kept informed. I was honest, they were honest - resolved any hurdles quickly and the offer letter only took 8 days from initial chat. Couldn't be happier. Would recommend Hoocht to anyone - miles better than high street. Thanks Warren!

Im often too busy to speak on phone (too many children) so an online broker was a godsend. Free service, which was appreciated after some crazy fees quoted from other brokers whos rates weren’t as good. I spoke to Richard who was very knowledgable about mortgage industry.
