Not a good company
The website does not clearly explain which charities the donations are supporting. I was also concerned that the purchase automatically signs you up for a recurring donation of £6.99 per month, which was not made clear enough at the point of purchase.
Unfortunately, I was also disappointed with the quality of the products, which appeared cheap and did not meet my expectations.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

They seem like a company that just embroider messages on clothes and bags but I see no evidence of where a percentage of my purchase goes. They are not a registered charity. Scammers from China I am guessing.

Horrible products ~ Worst customer service!
Horrible products - quality is CRAP! Even worse, when requesting a to return the crap items, NO RESPONSE!
I will be reporting this purchase to my credit card as FRAUD!!!
Very disappointed.
***Update - they finally responded, and said I would be refunded once I returned the items. I found it not worth my time to pay $37 to ship the order back, only to receive a $46 credit. It was either donate, or put in the trash. I did give them away, but it was embarrassing, and I feel bad for the people that got the items. Way too much petroleum in the fabric. I have never felt a sweatshirt that feels like it's made of plaatic!

2 separate orders
I made 2 separate orders. The first one I did not pay the $2.99 expedited fee, so I feel like it took longer to move through the shipping process. Because of this, on my next order I did pay the $2.99 fee, and I saw a noticeable improvement in how fast the order was shipped out. Both orders arrived neatly packaged. I would definitely say these are the type of hoodies that if you want the wording/designs to stay nice then do not dry in the dryer, hang to air dry.

Terrible quality and customer service
I bought a top, I loved the philosophy and the idea of the company. However, the quality was awful, shiny, thin, and totally the wrong size. I returned it, as per their refund and return policy. They then offered me 30% refund! After ages of emailing, they disappeared, never replied again and never refunded anything. So disappointed. They basically took my money, got the awful top back and then never refunded me. Total scam.
Edited.... The reply is a joke too, I've had so many generic computer generated emails, saying they are sorry and this is not what should happen, yet no refund and I'm going round and round in circles.

Very Disappointed
The idea behind this is great, unfortunately the quality of the items is hugely disappointing the stitching is frayed, the popper doesn’t close and the crossbody bag is a cheap plastic. I had such high hopes for these but wouldn’t recommend.

I like the quality of the fabric. I ordered a size 2X. I usually wear an XL. Your sweatshirt fits like second skin. The T-shirt I ordered, size XL, I had to give to my sister who wears a medium. You need to review & adjust your sizing.

Love the Message, Disappointed by the Quality
I wanted to wait until all of my products came in before leaving a review because I wanted to give everything a fair chance.
I ordered on August 7th and actually paid extra to have my order pushed out quicker. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive everything until August 21st. I ordered two hoodies and a T-shirt, and I received a hat for free.
First, I want to say that the designs are absolutely adorable! I genuinely love them, and I really love what this company is promoting. That’s actually what made me want to support them in the first place.
Unfortunately, though, I have to be honest about the quality of the hoodies. They feel extremely cheap for what they cost. The material almost feels like microfiber, and if you have even slightly rough hands, you can literally feel the fabric catching on every little imperfection. I can already tell that putting these in the dryer is going to be a nightmare because I’m worried they’re going to shrink, get damaged, or essentially melt down. And if you have pets? Be prepared for every little piece of hair to become permanently embedded in the fabric.
Honestly, I can see these looking pretty rough after only a few weeks, especially for anyone who has dogs or cats. For the price, that’s really disappointing.
The T-shirt, on the other hand, was MUCH better quality. It’s very heavy material, so I definitely wouldn’t consider it a summer shirt, but the shirt itself came out really nice and feels substantially better made than the hoodies.
I also had a frustrating experience with shipping/customer service. I repeatedly reached out because my order hadn’t arrived, and the responses felt very AI-generated and not very helpful. I kept receiving screenshots of the same shipping updates rather than actually getting an explanation or meaningful assistance.
So overall: LOVE the designs. LOVE what the company stands for. LOVE the T-shirt. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the hoodies for the price or quality.
If you’re looking for something similar, I honestly think you’d be better off checking Etsy and having something custom made. You can usually find better-quality blanks and get exactly the design you want.
I really wanted to love these because I love what the company represents, but unfortunately, the quality just isn’t there for me.
