I have joined due to the fact that I…

I have joined due to the fact that I needed to lose weight and it has indeed helped. The exercises are well structured and simple to adhere to. I enjoy the option of either long and short sessions based on my day. The calorie tracking has been of great help in keeping my diet at check. I am more confident with myself. App is simple and works without giving me any trouble. Good choice if you want to take your health more seriously.

Beware of this app

Beware of this app. They double charge , once via the google app and once via the direct subscription, even though it's the same account and email.
Their support is terrible and completely ignores this.

Don't use this app it is a complete scam and fraud.

Predatory billing practices

Content not bad, but they operate a predatory billing system where no reminders are sent. If you ask to cancel when Paypal notifies you of the payment they cancel, keep the payment and won't enter into discussion, just pointing you to T&Cs. No cancellation interface on the website. Deliberate non-transparent business model to ensure profit. Would avoid, or if you sign up, cancel immediately to ensure you don't get stuck in auto-renew.

This is one of the most untruthfull…

This is one of the most untruthfull companies that I have dealt with, after checking it out $29.99 ok then when you are done clicking next 3 times to get to website you now have $109 extra to pay, email and cancelled but still charged as I did NOT see automatic billing turned on.
