Very prompt reaction to a failed boiler in the middle of winter.

The speedy response to my initial enquiry and the friendly and professional way in which the work was carried out was exactly what you hope for but don’t always get! I will definitely use Hoopla again.

We needed a boiler service and Hoopla was able to fit us it at the date and time we needed. We had very quick and friendly communications, the service was quick and efficient. We’ll be contacting Hoopla again for our boiler needs and recommending to all our friends and family.

Hoopla replaced my 30 year old boiler, sorted out a broken gas pipe, fitted a new flue and did some plumbing work for me, all in 3 days and they left the Flat spotless !, you wouldn't know any work had been done, very impressed with them and will be my go to company for any Heating or Plumbing issues in future.

We recently had a shower replaced and then our three way value broke. Hoopla arrived on time for each Martin our engineer working really efficiently and left the place clean and tidy and all up and running perfectly. The replacement shower unit was not easy.
On every aspect we would have no hesitation of recommending Hoopla.
We will certainly be turning to them when we have the next need for new or emergency work

Second time using Hoopla to install a boiler and very happy with the work and the service on both occasions.

Time to find a company as our boiler was on its last legs. We were fortunate to come across Hoopla, a quick call and the booking was sorted. Next day Andy was round to discuss options, and give sound professional advice plus timeframe for start date with quote given there and very competitive compared to other quotes.
Come installation day and Andy with Joe were spot on time. Joe completed the installation, leaving everything neat and tidy the old boiler plus all packaging taken away nothing left for us to do.
Extremely pleased with the service from the whole team from quote to installation. Including Alice back in the office who was so helpful.
Lucky to find such an excellent professional service which is not that easy to come by and would thoroughly recommended them.

I wanted to explore the option of upgrading my oil boiler and heating system to make it more energy efficient.
Booking was very easy, I went through the options of choice on the website, and I got a follow up call the next day to book.
Andy was running late, so rang me to tell me, and I also got a text message with the same message.
When Andy arrived, he told me that my condensed boiler was energy efficient enough for the moment. What I appreciated was his honesty and there was no hard sell and no pressure to make any changes. We discussed the options and broad costs which I will park for the moment and plan for the future.
As a result I will ask them to come and service my boiler and I think I will be a regular customer.

Plumber found immediate fault within seconds that previous plumber had failed to find! Superb. Clear and fair price structure. Reliable. Punctual and efficient. Super and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Hoopla have helped us with a couple of issues now including a leak and some radiator removals. They're always on time, tidy and super friendly. The office are easy to book in with and I think they're fair and reasonably priced too. The Holy grail of home help suppliers, basically!

Our boiler was starting to have issues and I reached out to Hoopla for a quote. They were prompt and very competitive compared to other quotes. Nothing wrong with the instalation of our new boiler, except the engineer who installed it was not qualified to install an LPG boiler. It was commissioned by the boss who is qualified. Our shower and water in our sinks suddenly went lukewarm intermittently, after a few months. We called out the boss and he did not apologise, and we felt he implied we were not using the system correctly.

He finally felt the water change in temperature, but once again not apologising. He called in Worcester Bosch. Their engineer went into the installation part of the software, and found the water heat was going up and down all the time. He balanced the oscillating pump on the shower and water and all works well. The pump was labouring, glad we have a guarantee on parts and labour. Don't use this company to install a system of LPG. I am looking elsewhere for the annual service. Date of experience is when Worcester Bosch called and set up the boiler correctly. Also I have since discovered I should have had a building regulation certificate that has to be completed by the company within 30 days. I had to ask and I am still waiting, but have noticed it is now logged on the Gas Safe register site, which it wasn't before.

Quick, friendly and professional service. Identified and sorted out the issue we had with a leak and offered a solution. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
