Great company jewellery is amazing, had some bits for over a year and still no colour change!

Love, love, love the F- no spinner necklaces, I got five for friends, I’m sure it will put a smile on their faces too!

I have bought 4 items from Hoops + Chains the last pair of earrings have started to tarnish. It’s been about a year. I’ve emailed them with pictures and have heard nothing which is disappointing considering they are supposed to have a lifetime guarantee.

The first time I bought a pair of earrings a couple years back one earring broke and they replaced straight away. So I was expecting to at least get response this time round.

I ordered jewelry from Hoops + Chains two weeks ago and got a confirmation that my order had come in. That's it. No shipping confirmation since then. I have sent several e-mails but have gotten no reply. They also do not reply to their instagram DM. I will be filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

My best friend wanted a particular piece of jewellery for her birthday. The item was out of stock and waited until I was advised it was back in stock. I placed my order nearly a month ago. I was assured product would be on stock shortly, then there were delays. Finally last week I received an email saying my item had been shipped. I got an empty envelope that obviously had been tampered with. I’m not surprised with the label stating it was hoops and chains!
I immediately sent pics of the envelope. They wrote back apologetically but I had to email again to ask what would happen next. Again I received another “sorry” email stating that they would resend as soon as possible and investigate with their courier. No indication of when that would be. I emailed again asking if they could change their packaging and when this would be, and nothing. They had blamed their suppliers for their delays, so I have no faith. I will be calling my bank to discuss what options I have. Really shoddy. I’ve had to order a second present for my friend. I doubt I’ll ever see the replacement.

Better delivery this time but the chains have been put i earing boxes which looks a bit cheap for presents.

I am in love with the earrings I’ve bought, pair number 5/6 btw… when one was broken the customer service was great they sent me a replacement and were super helpful via email!
