Always had really good service from them, any problems, which there haven't ever been many, have always been dealt with quickly and satisfactorily. Quality of plants are A1.

Great plants and excellent service. I've used Hope Plants from when they first launched and have been delighted with all the deliveries I've received. I was particularly impressed by the friendly customer service when one delivery was slightly damaged by a courier. When I mentioned this to Hope Plants they were hugely apologetic even though it was not their fault and a complete replacement arrived next day, personally delivered.

I have ordered from Hope Plants rescue range twice now. On both occasions I have been impressed with the care taken with the packaging and freshness of the plants when delivered. Fast and free UK delivery.

One plant was dead on arrival, raised this, was not believed. I won't be ordering from you again.

Unfortunately there was a delay in sending the trees which meant two out of the six I received have died. One of them was a cherry tree which I was very keen on. I also purchased some roses and again, 5 out of the 12 plants I received have not flowered and look dead. All the plants arrived with no suggestions on how to plant/where (eg sunny position). For the roses I didn’t even know their color which would have determined where I positioned them in my garden. Thought that was poor. I then sent several messages on messenger to mentions the dead tree and received no response or acknowledgment. I was quite surprised as my previous experience was always very positive. Shame
