I love this company so much! Delivery came fast and the products looked so cute! They are smaller than expected but still fulfills my bunnies with joy. The packaging looked very aesthetic and cute and I really like the health planners. They make monitoring your pet's health so much easier! Thank you Jo 😊

Nice items but sadly part if order wrong. Emailed straight away on Monday but now Friday and still no reply.

Will probably not use again sadly due to non existent communication when something goes wrong.

I’ve always been happy with the quality of the products. It’s easier to buy hamster safe products when they are so clearly listed. Some do seem a little over priced for what they are but overall I’m happy with the products and service.

Items missing from order. No response to emails or messages.

I ordered two substrate trios, two spray boxes, sand, coconut hide, soil and lots of treats for my hamsters. Everything arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged. Very polite staff whenever I have messaged. Highly recommend. I have two very very happy hamsters now.

Given them plenty of chances but never again. Rude customer service who don't give a crap about their customers, I have since discovered almost everything they sell is repackaged from other stores where you can get the product much cheaper - the "water bowls" are tealight holders, bark chips are from pets at home, bedding is kaytee clean and cosy, I could go on. Pretty much the small pet equivalent of a drop shipper lol... I've given this company several hundreds of pounds but that doesn't seem to make any difference to the utter contempt they treat me with. Will not be ordering again and would never recommend.

Great products for my little hamster. The treats and various sprays are top notch value.
Have also had several wheels for them, and they're always great quality and wonderful enrichment.

Cannot recommend highly enough.

I’ve bought several bits for my hamsters from this company now, and they are very good with communication and sell lovely dried fruit etc for tour hammies and other small pets.

Given 4 stars, as the packets of treats are very small!
There are pics on the website, but they are even smaller in the flesh!, so quite pricey….

I’ve messaged them on Facebook several times, and they’ve always answered quickly
