How a company treats its employees says a lot about its values.

I worked remotely with Hoplon Infosec as an SEO Specialist and completed all my responsibilities professionally. After I resigned, the company withheld one full month’s salary, despite there being no performance issues or disputes raised during my employment.

I tried multiple times to resolve this matter privately by contacting HR, my reporting manager, and senior leadership, but received no response or acknowledgment. The lack of communication and accountability was extremely disappointing.

Paying employees their earned wages and responding transparently are basic responsibilities of any professional organization. I hope this review encourages Hoplon Infosec to address unresolved payment issues and improve how it treats remote professionals.
