My experience in relation to the services offered by Hoply was truly positive, from the beginning all the accompaniment was super complete and personalized.

I came to Spain with a student visa to do a master's degree, during the academic process I had problems with my training center, since during the course the program was canceled, so my possibility of continuity in the country was put at risk for not complying with one of the requirements for the change of visa to residence, the completion degree. Throughout this process Hoply gave me constant advice to be able to have a guide and solve this inconvenience, achieving in the end despite all the obstacles, that what was agreed will be respected from the beginning. Later, during the status change request process, with the professionals that Hoply makes available, everything was very fluid and relevant, allowing me to focus on my daily activities, making my day to day easier, being constantly informed of the progress of the process before foreigners.

From the very start they were clear, supportive, extremely responsive (even a little too much- Giona please rest more!) and were very informed on the requirements. I have a very busy job, and this took a huge weight off my shoulders to quickly have complete trust in them. All the guidance and support was invaluable, from clearly setting out what documents I needed, what processes they needed to clear (e.g. notarising, apostilling, translating), and in which order and validity. They even supported my application for finding a flat rental in providing additional supporting documents regarding the validity of my visa application. Further, once my visa was approved, they are still ensuring that I am properly set up and ready to manage my new life in Spain.

I would recommend them to anyone, and have done so already! An extremely amazing team and service well worth the cost. I would encourage anyone that paying for the additional guidance service is well worth it.
