Best thing for kiddos

Our cards are so helpful especially for our kiddos who struggle with anxiety and stressors. The strategies get them jump-started on their own ideas of how to use them and how to manage their emotions.

It's a good product and I will use it…

It's a good product and I will use it with my clients. The only reason I'm giving a 4 instead of a 5 is the customer service. There's very little way of communicating with someone there. I had an order lost in 2024, so I was hesitant to order it again. I ordered a similar product this year and it came, but I wanted to tell them I was hesitant to order from them again because of last time, but there was very little way of doing so. Private message on Facebook is pretty much about it. Good product though and thanks for your work, it's important to have resources like this out there.

I ordered 3 products and received 2 of the same products. I emailed 2 times without a response. I offered to return the duplicate product. And I am still waiting to get the product that I ordered. This is unacceptable. I would like the products I paid for.

Missing Deck and Being Ghosted

I visited the HoriaKadi website for months before deciding to purchase three different decks of cards for use in my private practice. I was very excited to receive them. When the package arrived, however, it contained only two decks instead of three. I took photos immediately and emailed HoriaKadi. I also attempted to use the chat box twice (though no one responded) and followed up with another email. I work hard for my money, and it’s disappointing and unacceptable to pay for three decks, receive only two, and then receive no response.

Ordered on November 11, and the payment (for the entire purchase) was withdrawn on November 13. I have written several emails regarding the missing item, including expected delivery or a refund, but I have not received any response. This is highly unprofessional and in no way acceptable. The cards and posters I received were fine, but unfortunately it reflects poorly when $24.95 has been charged for an item I still haven’t received. I expect you to refund the money now.

This item was part of a collaboration with a third-party partner and is not one of our main products. Unfortunately, their shipping services are limited to the United States only.

After multiple attempts, we were unable to find an alternative shipping carrier that could deliver this item from the USA to Denmark. Because of this, we’ve issued a full refund for your order.

I sincerely apologize for the delay in communication. We recently experienced a high volume of orders and some technical issues after our products unexpectedly went viral, which affected our response times. We are actively improving our shipping processes and adding support to ensure this does not happen again.

Never received the necklace I paid $40 for and nobody responds to emails

I received part of my order--DBT coping skills and affirmation cards--but I have not recieved the other part of my order-- a $40 Charming Giraffe necklace. I was charged for both items, and I have emailed the company three times and nobody has responded. The necklace was supposed to be a birthday gift for someone very special to me and it never arrived. I have asked for a refund and nobody has ever responded. It makes me very angry.

Hello. I am updating my review as of 11/18. I very much appreciate your response to my review. Unfortunately my credit card had fraud on it so I don't think my refund can be processed. I will also email the address on your website, but I am not sure how to process my refund now as the credit card I used has been canceled. Vagus Nerve Exercise cards

I loved the packaging of the cards and they are very sturdy.
The instructions are easy to follow and having an illustration on the other side of the card depicting the name of the exercise is helpful.
I didn't have to wait long for delivery which is always a bonus. I use them every day and love them.
