Ordered 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received guess next step is get with my card and cancel

Thought I needed a complex plan to feel better. Turns out one capsule can go a ling way.

It didn't fix everything, but it smoothed the edges. I'm less reactive, more balanced, and my energy's better.

Hormify has the absolute worst customer service. It takes days to get a response. No phone number to just speak to a real person. And their entire advertising policy in terms of “money back guarantee” is a complete scam. Until you ask for a refund, you tell the customer, too bad, we only accept unopened products AND you have to pay for shipping. But don’t worry they’ll offer you 30% back if you don’t want to jump through all of their hoops. Any other respectable company offers you to actually try the product and then if your not satisfied you can still return and get a full refund which is how they like to come off in their advertising all over Facebook but it’s a lie. Their company is deceitful and ambiguous. I would never recommend and I plan to be sharing this experience on allllll platforms so no other woman gets scammed by their tactics !!! DONT DO IT!

This is a scam!!

Their policy does not allow to try the product. You can only order it and return it unopened for a refund. I have had other supplements that allow you to use the whole bottle and return it empty for a refund, but not this company.
They also charge you withing 7 days for $19.99 as some type of subscription that I still can't find in their website.
I should have looked at these reviews before I purchased. I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau of my state and their state of registration.

Right to Refund and Return
Pursuant to applicable legal regulations, the Client possesses the entitlement to reconsider their purchase and return delivered goods within a 30-day window commencing from the date of delivery. A refund shall be granted upon verification of the product's non-conformity with the provided description or its faulty nature. To initiate the refund process, the Client is required to promptly notify our customer support at "email address" within 30 days of delivery, substantiating their claim with comprehensive evidence, including visual proof, as applicable.

Refund Process
Following the receipt and substantiation of the refund request by our personnel, the refund shall be duly authorized via the identical payment method initially employed. Health and Hygiene-Related Returns
In consideration of health and hygiene-related concerns, the Client retains the privilege to return delivered goods within 30 days from the date of delivery under the following stringent conditions:

The Client must expeditiously communicate their intention to return the goods to Hormify within 30 days of receiving the relevant goods by contacting "email address" prior to effecting the return.
The onus of return shipping costs falls upon the Client, who is obliged to return the goods to Hormify expeditiously and no later than within 30 days from the notice of their decision.
The returned goods must remain in their original, unopened packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.
Subsequent to the receipt and meticulous inspection of the returned goods, Hormify shall process a refund equivalent to the price paid for the goods (excluding delivery costs) no later than within 30 days from the day of receiving the goods.
Hormify expressly reserves the prerogative to withhold the Client's refund pending the reception and evaluation of the returned goods.
Return of Bundles
In the case of bundle purchases, all constituent packages within the bundle must retain their fit-for-resale condition for a refund to be initiated. If any package within the bundle is unsealed, refund initiation will be precluded.

I've tried every product on the market and ones prescribed by my doctor. I had nothing to lose by trying Homify, do I tried it with the expectation of getting no relief. I am pleased to announce thatI don't remember the last hot flash I've had in the past 30 days. I am on bottle 2. Yes, I would recommend this product.

I’m very disappointed with my experience using this product. I worked out regularly and improved my diet, but after 30 days of consistent use, I saw no noticeable results. When I purchased, the Hormify website clearly stated there was a “100% satisfaction or money-back guarantee (less shipping).” However, when I requested a refund, I was told I could only return unopened bottles.

That makes no sense, how is a customer supposed to know whether the product works without actually trying it? This policy is misleading and unfair. It's a rip-off, and I’m not a happy customer. I would appreciate it if the company honored its satisfaction guarantee as advertised.

Horrible company. Scam. Order a teial product and they subscribed me to a subscription. I tried to Cancel right away and they refused my cancellation. I returned the product and they refused the refund. So Im out $120 without a product. Do Not Buy from Them!!!
In addition they respond by sending email to info @hormify.com you only get 2 people responding “Ann”’. or “Julius” which both use the Same responses as each other and will not refer you to a manager for resolve.

So far I feel amazing I have been consistently taking it every morning for three weeks and my mood has even out, I'm sleeping better and I don't have weird hunger anymore! This is a huge win for me!

Be very careful if you subscribe to this product.
They claim to refund your money within 30 days but they do not. They claim to give you a notice before your next shipment but they don't and will refuse to refund your money.
