We have carefully looked into your situation, including all available data and order records. Based on this, we were unable to find a completed order or registered payment under your details. It appears that the product may have been added to the cart, but the checkout process was not fully completed, which means no order was placed in our system.
As a result, we unfortunately did not receive a payment or order confirmation, and therefore no shipment could be processed from our side.
We also noticed that we have not received any prior communication regarding this matter. Today, we tried reaching out to you by phone to get in touch and help resolve this, but were unable to reach you.
