There are many negative reviews about the store, which is why I didn't trust the store much from the beginning. But I can confirm that the store is trustworthy and everything went great. I wanted to purchase the previous version of MLP Luna and the store representative responded very quickly to my inquiry and offered the option of shipping the previous version from the USA to Europe. The price for the goods and the shipping price were acceptable and that's why we agreed together. The store representative is very nice and advised and helped with everything. Therefore, with his assistance, the transaction went very quickly and even though the older version is not offered on the website, the seller was able to create the purchase. International shipping was via UPS. Everything went very quickly and smoothly and Princess Luna is here. Beautiful and great. A wonderful collector's item :) The store has gained my trust so much that I will also buy the new MLP Princess Celestia series by the summer. I am glad that the negative experiences mentioned here were not confirmed and I can recommend the store. The goods were in stock, the seller met my wishes and the purchase agreement was great. The goods were at home within 2 weeks. The store and its sales representative rightfully receive 5 stars.

How is still operating at all? I have been waiting 2 yrs to get items i paid for and lost another 1100 usd in the mean time i had to file 3 police reports to get my last order. It’s always the first bad sign when reviews that seek to be truthful and include the company and or its owners input are attacked. As is the case here.

They make threats to customers over product reviews and use these toys they make to bully people in this community. Its worth it until you realize how many others have suffered, been ripped off and then silenced or harassed. There is no accurate way to see a rating. This is not coming from an entitled view. It’s coming from the view of someone who was at one time employed taking horseplay orders via candy coated in 2020-2022

To be clear even now i am giving a chance with legal counsel involved to fix the mistakes they made. The 2023 spring lily sph had sharp seams like everyone said. The toy injured me in the worst of places and horseplay inflatables has done nothing but blame others. I feel in my stomach and know this is not good. As for my avenues. The florida states attorney general, as well as ipr that they appear to have stolen from helluvaboss and hasbro. How can any artist consider themselves professional and work around that? I get that most have no say in it, but you are not working for a Stanley Kubrick here this can come back to bite you and will.

I WILL NOT CHANGE ANYTHING IN MY REVIEW UNTIL THE ISSUE IS FIXED. Recently got more threats, keep in mind this is with multiple law firms involved. I am still making the same offer, fix it, 5 star review. Instead, they claim a whole bunch of mad customers is me. It’s really inappropriate. Imagine living with that when you are really into this stuff. It’s sad.

A product they sold injured me and left me with a scar permanently, they feel only the need to harass and stalk me online.

There is no age verification on an adult toy selling site which can lead to actual criminal charges in florida. The whole issue with this business is like other reviews in the past have said they attack reviewers or retaliate. You might think, “then the reviews were bad or inaccurate” but thats never the case. I said what happened and i thought that was being helpful to their benefit.

They set a standard and culture of fear that is so hard to live with on this side of it. How can they live with that unless its what they want to do to people. I spent well over 13 thousand on a collection from hp and it all feels useless now.

You can’t “blacklist” a customer bc you made a mistake. How anyone can still support that is wild but i hear lately the support is falling off. They claimed artists were getting royalties and never showed proof then did to a number of artists what they did to me. Tried to destroy them.

Isn't this the company that harassed a candycoated modder out of the community? It seems like the issues here are about more than product quality but from what i can tell thats pretty bad too specifically from there results in customer service. Its hit or miss at best.

It has been almost a year i waited for flausi and the cougar. It just keeps getting set back???? Are we ever getting those toys or are they gonna run? I have a very bad feeling and i know friends of mine have been robbed by having to use proxies for there mistakes and them banning customer for absolutely no reason. Thats not how refusal of service works. Discrimination is still a thing.

i was looking for a dakimakura and found one i wanted here. But after i read the reviews iwas unsure it it was legit or not, it turned out to be fine at the end tho.
Altho one thing that unsettles me a bit is the fact you cant pay with PayPal

all in all 4/5 seemed sketchy but i got what i wanted in the prescribed timeframe.

These people advertise a nsfw unicorn but then send you a cheap inflatable, you would be better off getting a sprinkler from walmart for 30$ this was a rip off they wont refund item when they sent the wrong thing. Do not order from these pieces of It's a rip off, they ripped me off. They dont send what they advertise. Purposely deceitful buisness practices. Advertised nsfw item and sent a normal inflateable for 200 $
Absolute trash! There was no other model to choose, spring lily was supposed to be a lewd unicorn and I wasnt. Dont buy from! Scam warning, scam alert!

Scam. Stay away. it will be nice at first but then you will see all the ethical and odd business practices seen in no place else in life. You will see all the people they have ripped off talking and being attacked, its a flat out scam and needs to be shut down by the ftc.

A pool toy at this price is the first hurdle to get over, this is about 3-4 times the price toys like this should cost, but lets give them an A for effort and say it is because the toys are unique, they are. Indeed. What isnt unique is the danger this company presents to its customers being harassed in the community since the first toy i showed, then harassed by hp themselves.

It makes no sense, i didnt do anything wrong and to this day to share my opinion just like now, i know i will be attacked as all the others were, i had never even shared my name online how could they get it? They should never have been able to tie it to any product review let alone say something about the review.. there are very clear ethical issues and i notice that all reviews from there site have also been removed.

Scammy/scummy, u pick, its a mix. The ftc needs to shut this place down for review banning and hopefully a more ethical replacement that does not harass and attack there own customers can take the designs and root out these disgusting business practices.

Why are i'm paying the shipping when i cancel the order??? In the order cancellation therms is 10% from the order, when i cancel it... the Item costs 89 Euro and the shipping 8 Euro. The refund i get is 81,52 Euro. I paid 15,48 Euro for what???

The Product was exactly as described and i could not be happier! I had some slight problems in the past, but those all got resolved ASAP by the cutest little border collie ever. They even gave me some very helpful advice on what to do if my inflatable horses start leaking again.

I received a defective toy out of the box, and communicate was extremely rude after alerting them to the situation. After expressing my frustration with my treatment online, and then attempting to order a replacement at my own expense once I had the funds to do so, I was told that I had been banned from purchasing from them. No reason has ever been given, however I know others have experienced similar behavior after making a poor review, so I have no doubt that it is retaliation. Extremely poor business practices.

Awful and rude company, lied about the description of a product one too many times. Bans there own loyal customers for no reason and potentially has dealt in fraud and stolen artwork.

So I´ve never had a Daki before, not until I found one in one of the supermarkets in my country, and since it didn´t come with a pillow case, I thought - Hmm, Horseplay Toys have some pretty dope looking cases, for Dakis.
So I of course had to order one!
I got it yesterday, and I just can´t keep my hands away, it´s so freaking soft! I´ve already ordered my second one today, and I can´t wait!

So, if you love ponies, and real soft pillow cases, then Horseplay Toys is the place for you!
