Chris was brilliant. He recently sold my mum’s property and although being a stressful time he made the process a lot easier. We have more Recently sold our property with Hortons and Chris was once again very good at keeping us in the loop and overcome any obstacle’s . I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Chris was so helpful throughout the process of selling our house. He always kept us informed about what was going on his end, would send us regular updates on WhatsApp, and also responded in a timely manner if we had any questions. Chris also supported us with getting answers from our useless solicitors, ensuring we completed when we were meant to. Chris Goodwin impressed us from our first contact, a request to view a property the following day. He arranged and accompanied the appointment, providing relevant information in a professional, polite and friendly manner. As soon as we asked him to market our home, he visited us the next day. Imaginative, creative photographs taken by him followed and our house was soon for sale with Hortons. All necessary documents arrived promptly electronically and Chris was available to help at every stage. Throughout the whole time, he kept us informed and was proactive on our behalf. He encouraged us to remain positive when there were delays but he was also realistic. He supported us throughout the whole process and we trusted him completely.

Selling two houses at the same time seemed tricky and a lot! However Chris Goodwin from Hortons made it as stress free as possible. I appreciated the realistic & honest approach and the easy contact we had throughout the process. Estate Agents do not have a great reputation however working with Chris was quite refreshing and I would not hesitate in recommending him to friends and family looking to take the plunge!
