Chris (Harborough Region) has been absolutely fantastic through the whole process.
What started as a very professional marketing video with drone footage showing into our house and the up and out the back garden onto the lark next to us, turned into dedicated support with our solicitors and our buyers solicitors, due to complications further down the chain.

Chris was attentive at all times and we used a whatapps group to chat constantly, which was very reassuring.

Couldn't have had a better agent in Chris (and his team actually...).

Chris Goodwin proved to be a revelation when it came to selling a flat in Market Harborough - as part of a deceased estate. The property(s) constructed by a well-known retirement developer are well known for being very challenging to dispose of. Chris did not let this state of affairs effect his attitude to the sale.
Chris was always prompt, courteous and professional, meaning, that I was always kept in the loop. Regularly updated with marketing initiatives and the progress of similar properties on the local market. We sold our flat first day of the advertisement appearing largely thanks to Chris’s excellent, polished presentation. Throughout the following lengthy process of exchange and completion, he remained courteous and supportive, working hard always to hasten the process. Compared to other agents they seem to have a better understanding of how to attract buyers and I wasn't disappointed. I sold my flat through Hortons (With Chris in Leicestershire), I was able to set the dates for photographs to be taken and felt involved in the process. Errors in the initial ad were updated very quickly, go live of the ad was later than expected (by 12 hours). Chris followed up with solicitors and myself regularly and was able to help resolve issues when they arose. More importantly asking price was achieved and they were all very helpful
