Chris at Hortons takes customer service to the next level, with excellent communication at all stages from deciding to list to moving out day.

Hortons aren't a 9-5, Monday to Friday agency. Chris was available on whatsapp 24-7 and responded within minutes to any query or concern.

Chris demonstrates a genuine passion for property, and actively marketed our house using up-to-date tactics, such as savvy use of social media instead of a 1990s-style brochure, and creation of a drone-filmed, short video instead of a powerpoint collage of photos of the house.

As importantly, Chris is a very likeable person who keeps everyone in the chain engaged throughout the process, and in whom we had every trust to get the house sold quickly and for a fair price.

Honestly from day one to us now sat in our new home we simply could not fault Chris at Horton's. Both my partner and I come from a customer service background so we naturally find flaws in how people deal with us very easily. To be honest we can be very difficult to please. However, from his marketing strategy to him delivering on his promises, his professionalism and attentiveness throughout and in every area he was simply brilliant. No faults to mention. Rarely do you find someone at the top of their game... Chris and the Horton’s team are incredible marketers and have the local knowledge, online presence and modern approach to client service which makes them stand out. We contacted Hortons to help sell our house after hearing good things about them. From start to finish, Chris Goodwin was terrific. He spent a lot of time with us during his initial visit to explain the process and to take some fantastic pictures and videos of our house.

We first crossed paths with Gianfranco after visiting a house we hoped to purchase. My partner and I both commented on his professional, personal and genuine approach as well as his clear passion for selling homes in the Clarendon Park area. We successfully purchased the house from Gianfranco, who continues to offer a fantastic service for both his vendor and us as the buyers.

The service we received from Gianfranco was so positive that we opted to sell our property with him and my partner and I have been extremely impressed with the service throughout.

Gianfranco ensures professional pictures are taken of the property that not only show what it looks like, but highlights the lifestyle that will be adopted for each property. What a breath of fresh air! Years of using Estate Agents that were continuously sub par and begrudgingly paying thousands for their 'help' are finally over.
