Great products. Though, I recently purchased Girardi ENERGY G2 30- Lycra Pantyhose in Viola color and it was describes as dark blue-purple sky. The color is lavender and light, not even close to the description. The shipping is slow. I ordered express shipping and it still took 5 days.

First time order and LAST one!
Two pairs of pantyhose. Arrived quickly, but I tried on 1 pair and they were 2 sizes too small. You can't return anything opened, understandable. After paying return shipping and 10-20% restocking fee It's not worth it to return the pair I didn't open. Regret ordering and wasting $36.45, but it's a mistake I won't make again. Update: I decided to return the unopened pair, I've sent 3 emails so far and they have not given me my return authorization code, they just keep sending me a recap of their policy which I've read before I requested a return authorization. You leave me no choice but to file a chargeback on my credit card if you refuse to send me the code. Is it because of this review? Update: Yes, they received 3 requests because each time they responded they didn't send the authorization code. I have finally received it 3 hours ago. Thank you for your assistance.

Excellent experience and good service! Their customer service was great, as I was unsure what size to get and they helped me choose before placing the order. Order was placed with standard delivery, so I didn't expect them to arrive until 5 days after the order but to my amazement had them next day!
Definitely recommend this company.

I sent two pairs of thigh high…
I sent two pairs of thigh high stockings back for refund. Stockings were not true to size some of the brands to tight were the elastic part is. One pair of thigh highs I looked inside but never tried on. They did not accept that pair which I closed up nicely and the package was fine. The company kept that pair and that is really fraudulent if you do not give it back. They also lied and said the ankle was stretched out. The other pair that they accepted back then a refund should of gone back to my charge card. The internet Company is a fraud.
Hosieree did not credit my account they are lying. And the pair they claim to send back they said its at my expense which is so wrong because know they are playing tricks. They would have to charge me to send those stockings back which they did not.

This customer has posted false information about her Return experience with us. Customer has requested a RAC and she was notified about our Return Policy. We received her return a day later and on the same day we provided her with Return confirmation explaining what items were accepted for the return and what was rejected due to violation of our Return Policy. On the same day her Payment Card was refunded for the cost of eligible items. The item which didn’t comply to our Return Policy was mailed back.
Dear Customer. This is our statement made on 01/25/2023. Return was delivered to our facility on 01/24/2023. Return Confirmation e-mail was sent to the customer on 01/24/2023. CC has been Refunded on 01/25/2023. Unaccepted pair has been mailed back ( per customer request which we received on 01/25/2023) on 01/25/2023. It takes 1-2 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement and it takes 1-5 business day for USPS delivery. This information was also e-mailed to you along with the tracking number a copy of the refund transaction. Hope it clarify your concerns.

You are dealing with a reputable company with competitive pricing and phenomenal customer service. Welcoming to all patrons, both male and female and novices and newbies... most importantly, they will make you feel comfortable shopping with them, answer questions, make recommendations and even try to get you products from time to time as a special order if they don’t normally stock in their regular inventory. Great website. Prices on most items are lower than competing online retailers, selection is excellent, and the shipping is very fast.
