After choosing a 3 local estate agents in Barry to sell my property, and finding the 1st didn’t advertise on right move, the 2nd didn’t turn up, and the 3rd whist having a sale percentage actually had a minimum charge before the percentage kicked in, so I turned to Hoskins Morgan in Cardiff who I had previously had dealings with for a valuation.
Thursday – Spoke with Caroline to arrange a Valuation
Saturday - Brad did the valuation and photographs in the morning.
Monday - Contract was signed lunchtime.
Tuesday - Property was live on right move
Wednesday - 2 viewings were confirmed by Caroline
Friday - Suzanne did viewings
Monday - A sale was agreed at my target figure
That’s seriously impressive all round team performance.
During the sale process I was constantly kept updated by Caroline, and when I rang the phone was always answered by a human, and I never once got an answer machine or a request to use my keypad.
In my opinion the service offered can’t bettered, and when I’m selling again Hoskins Morgan will be 1st Choice

I never write reviews online, but I’ve worked with Hoskins Morgan to sell both my houses (both in Grangetown) and really felt they deserved one. The team are top notch and always go the extra mile. Brad, Caroline and Suzanne are great estate agents and lovely people. They have always made the buying process so easy and have taken time out to explain things to me. You can tell the firm is family run, because when there was an issue with my second move, Suzanne turned up at the house, stayed until the bitter end, problem solving on our behalf (while I cried). They are great with the solicitors and have always gone the extra mile for me. I’d give them 100 stars if I could and cannot understand why anyone would give anything less.

There are much better estate agents! My experience in buying a property marketed by Hoskins Morgan has been awful. They purport to represent a vendor's views but they don't, they make promises that can't be relied upon and the owner talks openly to customers about beating his staff! Would make an interesting mockumentary if it weren't (scarily) true! I'd strongly recommend that you avoid!
