Hospitable - It's So Easy to Use!

Ease of use primarily. I am a property owner who has a property manager so I don't use it day to day. But... when I need to check on things, it is all very accessible and organized.

I used Hospitable a few years ago when it was basically just a messaging service. I switched to another PMS some time later and it was a complete nightmare! I have been back with Hospitable now for about a year and pretty much everything is great. I have two issues. The first not being fully integrated with VRBO. This has caused me quite a few problems with things getting missed, double booking, etc. The second being, I do wish there was an option to speak to a real person if needed, not just AI bot. Other than that, everything works great for us. User friendly, lots of features, etc.

Reliable and very helpful tool

I’ve been using Hospitable for a while, and it’s been a great time-saver. The automated guest messaging works really well and takes a lot of pressure off day-to-day communication.

Everything is organized in one place, and the interface is simple and easy to use. Setting up message templates was quick, and they still feel personal rather than robotic.

Overall it’s a reliable and very helpful tool for managing rentals more efficiently.

It's AI-enhanced messaging the best-in-class and the new Task app schedules and pays my cleaner and handyman staff so I can focus on growing the business.

I’ve been using Hospitable for the past 8 Months

I’ve been using Hospitable for the past 8 months, and it has been a game changer for managing my short-term rental. The platform has streamlined so many aspects of hosting...from guest communication to task automation...and has saved me a significant amount of time.

Because of the efficiency and reliability Hospitable provides, I feel confident expanding my portfolio and am excited to be opening two additional STRs soon. It’s made scaling my business not only possible, but manageable.

Hospitable — A True Business Partner You Can Rely On

I absolutely love Hospitable and cannot imagine running my short‑term rental business without it. Hospitable takes care of so many of my tasks, such as coordinating calendars across booking platforms, generating and sending messages to my guests, updating my cleaning team’s schedule the moment a booking comes in, helping me draft great replies, and so much more.
It also provides many helpful reports and metrics. I truly cannot imagine running my business without Hospitable. It is my invaluable business partner, and I trust it completely.

Overall GREAT but Hospitable needs more support staff

For the most part, the Hospitable staff have been terrific. I feel a part of a community, and I love the fact that they hold Town Halls and have a place where hosts can help other hosts. For a newer host that is so very helpful!! I am pleased with most everything Hospitable can do for me as a property owner and host. Hospitable needs more support staff. I understand they have growing pains and are in the midst of upgrades, completely understandable. More improvement is needed on response time to issues. Anything that is costing an owner/host to lose time or money is a priority, someone should be available to help right away. Time is money.

Hospitable has become indespensable to us …

Hospitable has become an indespensable part of our business now. I estimate it literally saves us a 0.5 FTE (full time equivalent) employee in our small business.
With regular updates and improvements, good support (I use the AI version mainly) and an affordable price, you cannot go past this software. Highly recommended to any short term rental hosts.

TERRIBLE customer service

TERRIBLE customer service. You can never get help from a real person.The little help they provide is through AI that has severe limitations for solving complex problems like channel integrations. The connection with VRBO never worked and that created problems for me in that platform.

Hospitable is the Best!

Hospitable is the easiest to use property management system we have found. We started with two properties and now have seven. You can manage ten or a hundred properties, and it works wonderfully. The AI functions are excellent, including messaging, integrated OTAs on one calendar, Review management, Brand building, Task management, Direct Booking site, to name a few. Hospitable has it all, and if they don't, they are working on it. I love the fact that, like us, they are constantly improving, growing, and finding solutions for their customers. I highly recommend!

One of the best PMS systems I have used

I love how they are very iterative, always coming out with new features and products; it seems like on a weekly basis now, very much AI integrated. Their town halls are very supportive in getting feedback, asking questions, basically staying up to date with their best practices and products.

I love how they also are. Most of them, our hosts themselves, are trying to think like a host, what would make it easier for the host to run their business effectively. All the different use cases and models that come into hosting, different platforms, and integrations. In my opinion, the only thing that could be improved is their mobile app, but overall, it's a solid platform. I highly recommend!
