1. The MOST irritating issue : they are unable to properly detect the langage of the guest : that (acknowledged) issue is lasting since the beginning of my subscription (months ago). No fixes so far. My guests are receiving messages in English instead, while we're a French based rental, with mostly French guests! Despite the fact they properly detect the phone number (including the international prefix), the city, and even the guest's country! They're suggesting to switch the fallback langage to "French" as a "temporary workaround" but that will affect my other rentals since that's a global settings. It would take a few hours to fix it, but nothing yet.
2. "Automatic replies to Questions" is only available for English.
3. Custom codes are a great idea but doesn't support translations. You'll have to duplicate custom code to support multiple langage.

I had looked around to comparable PMS platforms and found Hospitable to be the most user friendly. Although they are still releasing updates to compete better with the other platforms, it is worth the wait! They keep you informed and are transparent of their updates + difficulties weekly / monthly which is great! Especially when there is an outage or disconnect to a booking platform. Looking forward to the new features to come!

I started using Hospitable in 2018 to help us manage our Airbnb. At the time we only had (1) listing, but the auto-messaging was extremely helpful for us since we self-manage. Over the years Hospitable has added features in a very thoughtful way that has helped us get better and better as hosts and managers. A few months ago I switched systems and tried out Hostaway. They had a couple features that I thought were really going to be helpful, but ultimately all of those features fell short. Their dashboard, messaging, and customer service were all delayed. If we set a message to go out at check-in, they would consistently send 10 minutes late causing us more back and forth with guests who wanted to know how to get in to their rental, etc. Needless to say I am happily back using Hospitable and don't intend on switching it up again. I have nothing but great things to say about this company, this app, and look forward to growing our portfolio with their tech.
Customer service is great! It's very user friendly. We have set it up with Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com. Automated messaging saves time!

We've experimented with a few different management software services and have been by far the happiest with Hospitable. They have the best messaging platform and that's what I love the most - I'm able to schedule a variety of different messages for different properties and with many different custom codes /guest first name/ etc, which are fantastic for personalizing messages while still being automated.
Their support service is also excellent whenever I have questions.
In all highly recommend Hospitable. 6 out of 5 stars every time.

A lot of technical issues which they can´t fix it. In addition to that customer service is not helpful and usually tells us that "we are all humans and make mistakes", and that they can help us find another solution that is more tailored to what I need.

For all i know, this is a great platform. I have 2 apartments across booking.com & airbnb. This platform was unable to connect them together, connect to the platforms properly and when i asked for help, they deliberately replied with very unhelpful comments.
If you have issues, nobody can help you until they turn up for work. They don't work weekends. If you have a problem with their service (and bookings for your properties), they wont be able to help until Monday morning.
If i sent a support request that their merge properties function isn't working, they reply "did you try our merge properties function?
When i told them i felt like they were not helpful at all, they just replied sorry you feel that way. Frustrated is an understatement.
I wanted to really like this platform but lack of support and customer experience focus has let them down in my case.
UPDATE : Thanks Zach for the reply. If only someone with your attitude dealt with me when i originally raised the issues i was experiencing, sorry for the 1 star but my review was honest and will hopefully help hospitable improve too.

Great experience with the direct booking I wish it had spot for payment options to my Zelle, Cashapp, or PayPal account.
We've tried a few Channel Managers for our 3 Short Term Rental units. We have not been overly successful or impressed with any of them. I was referred to Hospitable by a friend who raved about its messaging system. I didn't think was a real necessity (boy was I wrong).
Their messaging system is a HUGE time saver. I can't believe we didn't get on board sooner. And it works!
Their sync system is also great. No more waiting for the API on VRBO to kick in with less than 5 properties. It works immediately which is good on the nerves.
I also like their tech support. They are friendly and helpful.
All in all, we are very, very pleased with Hospitable.
This has saved me time in the oodles. I highly recommend this service so that your guests feel attended to and you get your life back. You can always communicate extra if you want, but this can cover your usual messaging that repeats without you having to do it. Highly recommend everyone use this!

I have been using smartbnb for 2 years and it has saved me a lot of time not having to write messages for my Vacation rentals. Especially, new booking and when guest leaves my property just before the end of their stay.
