I called today for access to online portals for billing and to change settings for our phone system. Tyler was very helpful, set up the account for me, and talked me through how to make the changes myself in the future with ease. Thank you.

Superb service!
I honestly don't understand why some people complain about this company. Every time I've contacted Hosted Business, I've received superb service.
This time, I called about our new landline, as I'd set it up but couldn't get it online. Tom was very reassuring, professional, and knowledgeable, and he resolved my issue straight away.
I worked in customer service when I was younger, so I know what good customer service looks like - and this was exactly that. Highly recommended!

Absolute Rubbish
Absolute rubbish
I was sold on service, price and support.
To date I have had digital telephone lines on two different platforms. None of which have worked properly.
Today, I cannot receive incoming calls.
Guess what, no support today. The company is closed for Easter.
I have spent an inordinate number of hours on calls to Hosted and it's just one problem after another.
Will shortly change telecom provider if they don't get their act together.
Would not recommend

Poor customer service
Poor customer service.
Sales managers do not know what they are selling.
Be aware if you are a small business.
Don't get to speak to the same person twice.
I would not use again.
I would not recommend.
Use a more well known company is my advice.

Formal complaint regarding cold calling
Formal complaint emailed to Hosted today following an unsolicited sales call from one of their representatives:
I would like to make a formal complaint against one of your sales team.
She called me today and wasted 15 minutes of my time. She had informed me and my colleague who first answered the call that she was calling from Hosted who were working with Openreach to make sure businesses are switching to full fibre. I questioned her several times on whether it was a sales call. She skirted around the question and kept saying ‘we are working with Openreach’. She then proceeded to ask a lot of detailed questions about our current broadband service and provider.
Then 15 minutes in, she starts to ask me personal questions about my professional background. “How long have you been doing this kind of work? Is this a new venture for you?” I did not answer as I said it was irrelevant to the call.
By this point I was getting highly suspicious and while she was talking I searched on the Openreach website and discovered that there are NO PLANS to build full fibre to our property. I knew this from before, because we are in the West End of London and it would cause too much disruption to install full fibre across the board. When I challenged your staff on this, she falsely stated that there were plans to bring full fibre to my area. Why she has information which is not publicly available from Openreach is a mystery to me, and one she couldn’t herself explain.
At that point I terminated the call and gave her all the reasons above. I informed her that I would be making a formal complaint about her. Firstly that she gave me false information, never directly answered my question about whether she was trying to sell me something, and then asked me inappropriate personal questions.
This complaint will also be posted on Trust Pilot.

absolutely useless
absolutely useless. customer service is diabolical. never contact you when they say they will. keep swapping and changing our services then billing us for stuff we havent had. totally incompetant. will never recommend these cowbpys to anyone
only have 1 star as you cannot give 0
their comment states they have been in touch, but the fact is they call to say they want to help then say they will call back and never do. issues remain unresolved since November 2025

We urgently needed technical support and Tom called me within 15 mins of my email. He was professional, knowledgeable and persisted with working out what was wrong with the cables etc. A happy result after a very stressful morning. Office was back up and running. Thank you

Lack of Transparency
Lack of Transparency
When the sales representatives contacted me, they failed to disclose the length of the contract, leaving me tied into a 60‑month agreement without my knowledge.
It then took three weeks for them to set up the broadband and telephone services, yet I was billed during this period despite not receiving the services.
Both the service delivery and customer support have been extremely poor.
I am now seriously considering raising this with Ofcom to understand my consumer rights.
Small businesses deserve better protection from companies that operate in this way. Providers should be required to clearly inform potential customers about contract lengths and any hidden charges before any agreement is made.

stay clear.........
stay clear.........
They are by my opinion the worst company i have ever had to deal with, lies from point dot, i made my stance very clear on the value i was willing to spend on internet and phone lines, then there's all the hidden fees that they don't discuss, despite being clear on a 12 month contract, small print 60 months and i believe they've done this knowing they are a terrible company!
Do not get your services through this company, when challenged they have become very obstructive, despite asking question's you get very little in a helpful response, In the end i cancelled the direct debit and have refused to pay them anything until i get a response to the question i have asked 8 times.
Full on shower!

Disgraceful. No other word to describe.
On Monday 2 March I was contacted by hosted as a result of an online compare request. I spoke with Dave who explained how huge Hosted were (despite me never hearing about them) and a price agreed on taking over my current 2 lines and internet services.
I explained I needed to make sure I had no termination fees with my current provider and was promised a call back the next day.
This never happened, despite making it clear this was a mater of urgency with the daisy transfer and my impending holiday to Japan for 3 weeks. It was also stressed as I would be out of the country this had to be a visit to install and not a remote transfer and ensured it would be the case.
It was taken up by Chris as Dave was now “too busy”. I was sent a provisional contract to “form sign” and assured I had a cooling off period and let’s just get the transfer into the system.
I signed but pointed out an error which stated they were taking over my 2 lines, but stated the internet was a new connection.
On paper a small thing, but concerning as it potentially meant I would still be liable to Daisy for the remainder of the contract. I was told “don’t worry, they can’t bill you for services they were not providing”. I said this needed to be amended and that form rectified. They simply ignored
I then spoke with Adam who told me he would resolve and get back this was now with one working day left before my departure.
He never got back, so I called again, this time speaking with Joe.
Joe assured me he would sort it. A familiar reply now. He said he was speaking with his provisioning team who would get back shortly and were open until 5.30 on the Friday - my final chance to get this resolved and made it clear any failure to do so, then this take over needed to be cancelled.
As you probably guessed I heared nothing. But I did call at 4 only to get “sorry our offices are closed ring back during normal office hours”.
I email several times. No one replies. I eventually got someone called “Ritesh” who would rest assured be dealing with it. This was from what looked like an AI script.
Needless to say, I have not heard back.
I had contact from BT open reach confirming the date of transfer of lines. No mention of internet (who I had flagged up). This was remote. No visit. This was never an option.
I have received a cessation of my phone services from my current provider Daisy. No mention of internet (again something I’d flagged up) with a statement I was having my lines transfered and any services I was under contract for, would be billed. ie the interned connection that Hosted failed to do properly or resolved.
Despite all the assurances, I find myself on holiday and being ignored.
Hosted were told at the time of booking a site visit was required and to correct the contract error on services. It’s like talking to a brick wall.
I’ve never been more frustrated and helpless being at the mercy of of company who frankly I do not trust and ignore agreements made.
Hosted have been instructed to cease attempts to take over 2 days after contract signed and “within the 14 day cooling off period” I was assured I have.
I have just written 2 very long emails at 4am Japanese time after just getting an email from Daisy basically being told hosted are still trying to take over the lines and pending huge bill for the error hosted made with the internet services.
Hosted. Stop ignoring.
