I remember choosing this company to host domains for their good customer service rating....
Fast forward to this years renewal to discover all phone support has been pulled. So a two week process that ended in me transfering to another company.
around a dozen emails to get a "password reset" sent??? and finally told cant log in anyway without a laborious check that i am me app......
in a word useless!

Complete Disaster, Server been broke for couple of days, being rebuilt, restored, etc works for a bit then down again! Complete Calamity, losing my customers. No stars

I am so frustrated. There is no phone number to call and evidently NO real people work at this company. For six months I've been unable to login to my account and update our credit card info with them. It is a constant back & forth of changing passwords then 2nd factor authentification, none of which work. I get, on the average, 7 notifications daily that our credit card payment failed. The robot and I have submitted multiple "tech tickets" to fix it and NO one reaches out to me. What is going on with Hostek!?

Umesh called me at 1:47 to find out if there was an issue with my invoice (which was long overdue.) I told him that I had had problems getting into my account but hadn't had a chance to sort it out. He said he could help me, and then I looked at the clock. It was 1:51, and I had a zoom meeting at 2:00. I told him he had nine minutes to solve my problem, or he'd have to call me back later. Well, he was ON IT. He took care of multiple issues with lightening speed, and we were done with THREE minutes to spare. Thank you!!!!!!

Emails have been down for 5 days due to Hostek changing over server. There has been very poor communication, no resolution to the issues Hostek have caused themselves. My business is at a complete standstill costing us £1000's in missed orders. There is not even an apology.
Can someone in the complaints department please contact me.

If I could give a minus star then I’d be putting -10 stars.
48 hours of waiting for them to respond to messages and they can’t be bothered to respond.. I have even tried at 3am and it shows that they are on line but don’t even acknowledge in any way whatsoever.
If you need a hosting company and maybe need help then stay away from this company.
