I purchased a VPN on Hostens. It worked well for a month then stopped. I reported the issue to both Hostens and PrivateVPN and it was fixed in 2 days.

i really love there services , they have super first server which i really like, there support is also helpful ,Augustinas from support team change my domain name really quick which many hosting company take 14 to 15 hours time, till now i never face any downtime or server or support related issue i am really happy with there service.

When you connect that with their awesome support team you can't receive anything else than the best experience there is. Fast solving problem, straight to the point and friendly staff.

Excellent customer and technical services

In terms of performance and availability of the service, Hostens is pretty good value for money. The reason for 4 stars (3.5 really) is that the moment you want to do something out of their ordinary process, there is no flexibility.
Just to give an example, I recently bought a hosting package and they wouldn´t enable the service before I pointed my dns to their servers. On the surface makes sanse, but that would mean my site would be offline for a while. So I contacted support and they couldn´t do anything. Luckily, I was just testing with a persona domain which I only use for some basic stuff, but they couldn´t facilitate a smooth transition.
Augustina from support was very helpful though and tried to whatever possible within the given boundries and contact with support was very fast. I got my first reaction in about a minute and my questions were answered quickly further on.
All in all, I wouldn't migrate the web site of an enterprise there, but for personal sites etc. great option. I have also used their VPS before which is also good value for money and uptime was very good.

I've been with Hostens for a couple of years now, and to this day I have had no issues, only minor changes and fixes. Highly recommend their services!
