The overall experience has been good

The overall experience has been good. I do enjoy how much can be managed by my mobile device. We are still having issues with remote lock and Yale. Not that it is Hostfully’s fault. But, we used Brivo for our locks with Guesty and were overall happy. Since the change we have yet to have a smooth process. The app has been difficult over the last month. Freezing up at time and not allowing me to reply to guests. It seems it has been better.

Needs work

We switched to Hostfully because we were sold on the fact that we could make a call and get an issue resolved. Not the case. Chat bot. Help button and maybe hours later someone responds after we’re away from the computer. AND it seems like our app freezer all the time.

Great platform

It’s one central spot for every application you need to manage your short term rentals. I wouldn’t have been able to manage the different booking channels without the system. It makes it so easy.

The Guidebooks feature is quirky and very pricey. I didn’t choose Hostfully because I needed to make an immediate move to a new PMS and the Hostfully process with their sales and onboarding departments was going to take weeks - time I didn’t have!

3.5 stars due to glitches and bugs

there are several active glitches and bugs related to nightly rental rates, percentage line items, add ons being out of order, payments requiring approval or dissapearing into the abyss/limbo and aesthetics that leave hostfulyl coming up short on a 5 star rating. 3 star would be more accurate in giving an "average" C rating but providing an extra as Hostfully has been instrumental as a bandaid temporary solution for us

Great Software - Great Customer Support

We are a small STR management business in Kimberley BC. We currently manage 17 beautiful vacation homes with the help of Hostfully and their great integrations.

Hostfully was a game changer for us and continues to get better and better. Without them, we would need at least one more permanent staff member.

Their tech support is quick, knowledgable and always available. That's impressive!
