Lauren Pike was an excellent onboarding coach! She was patient with me, as a STR novice. She explained the process well and gave clear instructions/homework assignments! Lauren has continued to make herself available to me for emails/questions and responds very timely.

Highly recommend Kana Gordon!

Kana Gordon has made my experience great. She is very personable and immediately made me feel like she cared about my success. She is very detail oriented in her explanations and directions. Right after a call, she sends a summary of the call with clear information so I can easily go back to review the content if I forget anything.
I have been working very hard for the last year to learn the tools to help me automate my STR business and Kana has been most helpful!

The experience is great!

The experience is great, I can manage almost all my properties at the same time and the customer service is wonderful which is what I value most. The integration process with VRBO we haven't been able to manage very well on our end but other than that it is great !

Hostfully Onboarding

Kana Gordon was super helpful in our onboarding process. Configuring Hostfully is non-trivial, particularly for foreign properties. She really knows the system and did a lot of the detailed work for us.

My Hostfully journey with Kana

Kana makes my Hostfully experience special and something to look forward to. She is AMAZING in every sense of the word. She literally has a solution for every issue I discuss with her. She is always willing to listen and help out to the best her ability. She delivers knowledge with a patience that is unheard of and does it with pleasure.

I honestly do not know what I would have done if I did not have her coaching and supporting me every single step of the way on my Hostfully journey.,

Very easy to understand and so much support!
We love that we can check on our reservations from all our platforms in one spot. It makes managing everything so much easier.
Lauren was our onboarding specialist and she was very helpful throughout our onboarding journey!
