Maria was amazing. She deserves a raise or a promotion. She took the time to resolve all 4 of our major tech support problems, including billing. She has been the best tech support rep we have dealt with in the many years of doing business with HostGator.

Nihala did great with helping me cancel our plan. She didn't make it overly complicated. It says alot about a business for it to be easy to onboard and exit when the service is no longer needed.

Tech support helped resolve an email issue by finding conflicting DNS entries. The issue was promptly resolved in a fast and professional manner. The support person was very professional and courteous. They get 5 stars!

I was attempting to reduce my file size and didn’t realize that removing items older than a year would also delete everything from my Outlook contacts and history. That was not my intention.

Stuck with the renewal process, as new plans are significantly less expensive than renewal. Sagar, the support representative, assisted me in retrieving my old backup and also looked into the best renewal discount. Overall, fantastic support!

My last four contacts were also very good, but for some reason, the issue wasn’t completely resolved until today.

After a short journey thru AI questions, I was assigned to Anish to resolve an FTP connection error. He gave me a new login ID and password, and had me connected again very quickly.

I am very old customer of hostgator and due to international business circumstances I am closing all online business which I regret but hopefully once we will out of this situation I ll 100% again use the hostgator services.

I was getting phishy spam messages about my account, we were able to figure it out & they did some extra stuff it was great!
