Everyone who is renting property is vulnerable to a poor review - from someone who is grumpy. Like all the previous reviews I think this is a brilliant product and more importantly, wonderful people in support. I'm 62 and have a single property. I wanted to be less dependant to one channel and looked around - as others have said (see below) in more sophisticated/ knowledgeable ways, this sync system gives you great control at a very modest cost. Even my little place out in the sticks is 90% occupied out of season because I can use the right channel for me and the guests.
However, and this is important, I did have a hiccup and a double booking where I blocked a date and a channel booked the same date within a few seconds. I ended up paying quite a chunk more to booking.com who claimed they could not find anything comparable for less than £200 more. The Syncbnb team stepped in and covered my cost. When you pay less for something you can often expect to get a little less in service - but not here. They are truly excellent.

Best channel manager out there, easy to use and easy to setup. Their support is above and beyond, something that no one else has - just superb and super fast. We are extremely satisfied with SyncBNB and thanks to them achieved very good results this year.

The people at this company really deserve praise. They offer a great product, it's easy to use and if you need any help, they're right there for you within minutes via chat, whatever the time of day. The syncing is really fast. Really glad I chose this software. It has made my life so much easier!

I have been using Syncbnb for 3 months now and I must say it solves all my syncing problems. I have 4 rentals and 6 channels including direct. All connections work perfectly, fast and accurately, I use both iCal and API connections as not all my channels allow API. The highlight of my experience with Syncbnb is the customer service. Time zone issues aside they are fast and responsive. Have never had a bad experience. I wish all my OTA's where as good. I highly recommend this product. It really solved my issues. I didn't want a full on channel manager or CRM. I still like being personal with my guests and responses. This really fills that role without all the cost or the fluff. Give it a try.

Great and timely customer service, it's just hard to see the coloring of the multi-calendar sometimes, it's a little too light, other than that, great platform! Helps avoid double bookings and is super user friendly!

Met by initial challenges and hard to believe that this online chat with Rozanne could be so helpful. She was extremely patient, thorough and knowledgable. Within minutes she resolved issues to the the point that the software was at full capacity. Along the way she provided helpful tips that would serve as tips for after the situation was resolved, (as if she knew they would be!) I have an accommodation business with 3 venues, it has made my life much easier as I don't have to go on each website I advertise with and update the calendars without making a mistake. No risk of a double booking, an easy to use program and Syncbnb owners are very friendly and always ready to help.

Syncbnb have been amazing very easy to setup and use (compared to a few other trial channel managers I’d tried). Any initial setup niggles have been very quickly addressed by the team via the chat function. Makes your life a LOT easier across all your booking channels. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
