James at HM was 100% Amazing, helpful and expedient when my 'then' web hosting service (Extendnet) went off-line without warning. All email traffic ceased and the my website was returning a 404 - Server not found message. James managed to recover my domain, and set up new emails all within 24 hours of my reaching out for help. James then recovered my website and within 48 hours everything is working again.
