best service, quick response to queries and swift resolutions

I have been a client of them for many many years, use to be very impressed with their service and product however this is no longer the case! VPS with no more fully functioning builder, no one in the past 2 hours could answer a single questions online, no number to phone. we now have to rebuild 6 sites... because the builder that came with the product no longer works properly. FUMING !

His tone and work etiquette are excellent, and he deserves a promotion to manager to share his knowledge with the rest of the team.
