I've used Bluehost, Interserver, GoDaddy, and Siteground, and hands down this is the easiest to use. It's hassle free and doesn't make me stressed out, and the most expensive plan is just $5 a month (compared to other sites where their CHEAPEST plan is $5 a month...).
You can use the coupon code 'HONEY' to get 30% off any hosting order. I've migrated four out of five of my sites to HostKoala, and I'm planning to send the last one over when its hosting with Interserver is expired.

Great pricing, reliability, good speed and decent support
Probably the best budget provider out there ( under 5 a year) I've been with woothosting, alpharacks, but host koala has been the most reliable one out there.only had one downtime in the past 2 years for 15 minutes or so.
The only downside is there is no live support or phone support. Tickets may take hours to get a reply, but they are generally helpful not some I'm looking into the issue please hold nonsense some companies send.
My site doesn't time out and phpymyadmin loads decent enough, that's all I need!
