I placed an order in August 2025, and have not received the product. I have asked for an estimated arrival date on several occasions and each time I am told that they are unable to give me any idea of arrival. What type of company cannot give an estimated delivery date SIX months after payment was taken?? While the product ordered looks great in the photo’s I am not sure whether any exist. I would strongly recommend AVOIDING Host Modern if you are actually wanting to receive a product. A very disappointing experience! Be warned!!

Ordered 6 months ago, they still have not delivered! Terrible organisation! Please avoid!

Like many others, I was taken in by Host Moderns thermal serving dishes and thought I would treat myself to a couple to have for Christmas, ordered in October and then nothing, no further comms from the company, so come early December I chased them up, was told they had sent out an update email to customers explaining delays with shipping, the email had landed in my junk folder, but didn't actually explain when I could expect to receive the item, just about delays. It's now 4 months later and I STILL haven't received the order!
This company are a shambles, they shouldn't commit to supplying outside of the US if there are clear issues with international shipping, plus its very unprofessional to not keep your customers updated on the situation and when we can expect out items to arrive, these dishes are not exactly cheap!

Does not work. Does not keep food even warm. Bought two. Tried them and when I asked to return them they say they can’t because they have been used. How are you supposed to know if it works or not if you don’t try them? This is a scam stay AWAY.

The order was a great experience because this was a last minute wish from my daughter for ChristmasHe company said it would bww hwre for the date ad it was. She loves the item.

Ordered and never received anything.

The website says “delivers in 2-3 business days” and then I get the email that says “ships in December”

Ordered. Never received. Took my money and delivered nothing. Reached out to support, all they ever say is give it more time. It's been almost 2 months.
