We relocated for several months and needed someone to manage all our Airbnb stuff - taking care of the cleaning between guests, filtering requests to avoid potentially dodgy requests, etc.
Waigs came over to look at our house and understand our needs. He was super professional and very kind and pleasant. The terms were very clear - no surprises down the line. Our's is a family home and we were very careful not to have any guests who might not treat it respectfully and Waigs was very instrumental in helping us filter the various requests. The feeling I got was that he genuinely cared and that he wasn't just trying to push in as many bookings as possible for an extra buck. When we returned after our relocation we found the place in tip-top condition, and sparkling clean. Would highly recommend.

HostMyNest is an amazing host for my property. The quality of service and responsiveness they provide to me as a landlord and to guests in my property has been and continue to be first class. Waigs in particular has been phenomenal. He taught me a lot, has been very friendly and problem solver. We are currently abroad and really relax knowing that our property is in good hands with Waigs.

I can’t recommend Waigwa (Host My Nest) highly enough. As a first-time Airbnb host preparing my home just days before leaving the country, I felt overwhelmed—but Waigwa was endlessly patient, calm, and supportive throughout.

He guided me through every step, sharing his wealth of experience and practical advice, and handled all the uncertainty with grace.

While I was abroad with limited internet access, he managed a last-minute booking, arranged and attended a professional clean, sent photos, and kept me fully reassured. He was consistently kind, responsive, and professional in every interaction—with both me and potential guests.

HostMyNest and especially Waigs are amazing when it comes to helping me to rent out my apartment in London. They are always available, extremely knowledgeable and great in communicating with the guests. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to sublet their apartment, especially when not in London full time and you need of a trustworthy partner to take care of everything instead of you.

HostMyNest (and especially Waigs) has been an absolute Godsend! There have been a fair few issues with plumbing, electrics and difficult guests during the first few months of him managing my properties, but he has always gone out of his way to resolve them. I’ve had to be out of the country for a couple of months but I’m very much at ease knowing he is looking after things. Communication has been brilliant and he is always willing to talk things through and troubleshoot when issues at the properties arise. I can 100% recommend them!
