While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

SCAM ALERT: "Lifetime" Deal Revoked, Account Locked, Complete Silence from Support

I purchased an custom Elementor Pro Lifetime Deal from HostOrigins, and after a few months, my license was suddenly cut off. My website now displays the error: "Your License Is Inactive... Your license key has been cancelled (most likely due to a refund request)."

I never requested a refund. This appears to be a "bait and switch" scam.

To make matters worse, I have been completely locked out of my HostOrigins account. The login page claims my email/password is invalid, and the "forgot password" function does not send any reset emails.

I have spent weeks trying to contact them through every possible channel with zero resolution:

Email: I sent 20+ direct emails to support@hostorigins. No response.

WhatsApp: I sent 20+ messages to their support number (+447915604619). No response.

Facebook: I sent over 40 to 50 messages to their official page. I received exactly one reply on January 7, 2026, asking what services I use. I replied within one minute detailing my issue, and they have ghosted me ever since.

LinkedIn: I messaged the company page and even reached out directly to the founder, Md Sartaz Murtuja, via LinkedIn, Facebook, and email. No response.

They took my money for a "lifetime" deal, cancelled the service without cause, locked my account, and are now ignoring all attempts at communication. Do not trust this company with your website.

This site is a scam.

Please do not trust this site. I purchased a service and they have not sent me any products. When I send a ticket for follow-up, they send me an email after a few days, but they have not responded to me. And a few days later, I have also contacted them on WhatsApp and they have not responded to me.
