The apartment was really good.It was very well located, really spacious and quiet though there was a pub downstairs.The services were good too: hot water, kitchen equiment, bed clothing,etc. It was very clean ,although the sofa covering clothes had some stains, the rest was excellent.We did have some problems to get in because the key locker didn´t work and it took them about two hours to send someone with the spare key, as a result we were two hours waiting in the street with two teenagers in the group, luggage and it was getting dark. That wans´t resolved efficiently.

Everythinf was perfect, the location and parking was perfect, the flat was comfortable and clean.

Lovely Apartment- Very central to Harbour & Clifton. Perfect for our needs and has everything you would need for a weekend break. Very spacious and super comfortable beds. Parking can be an issue but I booked a local parking space 3 mins away for the duration which saved on having to feed meters or look for free parking. Would definitely use again.

Spacious cottage location great for the town but no views due to location parking a good 10 mins away but that’s usual in these fishing /seaside towns
Few little minor issues the TV could confuse you there is no direct Ariel so you have to sign in to your personal accounts on free view ie bbc iPlayer or itv catch up etc the problem was we could not get live tv so we gave up
I suggest they just connect at direct Ariel no wants fiddle with signing in etc it’s a basic requirement when staying in accommodation never encountered this system before.
Our stay was good value but be aware the property does take a large damage deposit £250 charged but obviously refunded when you depart but be prepared for a week to get in back again I personally think this amount is very large most charge £100 if at all especially if they have your card details .
Overall I would recommend the property for size &location cleanliness .

Air360 managed a AirBnB flat in Bristol we stayed in. The instructions for reaching the flat were perfectly clear. AirBnB also inquired about our experience and were very friendly and willing to help.

Beautiful airbnb and great facilities, much prettier and roomier than the pictures. Has everything you’ll ever need! Only hard part was that cabs were hard to call over at that location, so had to prebook it in advance. If you have a car itll be perfect!

The apartment was perfectly located for our needs. Quiet but with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The communication from the day of booking and through our stay until check out was great and it helped us a lot for a smooth and easy experience

This is my 2nd stay at Kellaway Airbnb, as always it is such a cosy place to enjoy a holiday! Have everything you need and it is just 3min walk to Tesco ! Support team even keep the left behind Teddy Bear for us ! So thoughtful ! Thank you so much !!

Positives: The location would normally be very quiet and is on a bus route into the city centre, although if you have time, the walk into town along the riverback is very pleasant. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, and the living room was spacious. I can't speak for the appliances as we only used the kettle and fridge, which worked.
Negatives: On the day we arrived workmen were digging up the pavement and the noise was horrendous. It was not as intrusive on the second and third days but still annoying. Hopefully these are only temporary works. Slight niggles: the bathroom is very, very small, and the flat itself seemed stark and not in any way cosy. There were a couple of paintings on the wall but they were as muted as the decoration of the flat. I can understand that this is the owner's taste but when renting out for holiday use a little more colour and character would have been welcome.
The management team kept in contact before and during our stay and seemed very helpful and friendly.

Excellent mini-Hogwarts building, in the centre of a great city. Nothing fancy, but definitely all a couple could need for either a shorter or longer break. Good value!

The whole of my £150 security deposit was withheld due to a couple of tiny hearts on a wall, which my 3yr old and 6month grandsons would be entirely incapable of drawing. I am very unhappy. Avoid or flag anything you notice immediately so that you are not robbed.

Great experience with Air360 when I stayed in an apartment they managed in Bristol. Communication was good and response time short.
