Excellent Support
Only been with Hostworld for a few months now but the level of support we have got from them has been amazing. Some of the requirements I had for a VPS changed and Hostworld accommodated us which really helped us. Would recommend them to anyone with any VPS requirements.
Four months in using HostWorld Windows…
Four months in using HostWorld Windows VPS servers and the service continues to be very good. Most importantly support tickets are actioned incredibly quickly so when things don't work as they should (which is very rarely ... although it did happen today) their technical support team can be relied on to put them right (in this case within an hour of my report). That's the most important thing I need in a service provider.

I had a disappointing experience with this company that raises concerns about their business practices. Prior to making a purchase, I inquired whether port 25 was enabled on their Windows VPS. I received a prompt response within minutes, which gave me confidence to proceed. I completed the purchase using Bitcoin; however, I did not receive any confirmation or payment receipt, even though the transaction was confirmed on the Bitcoin network.
I had to open a support ticket to notify them of the payment. Shortly after, I received a reply stating that my order had been canceled due to the use of a VPN or remote desktop during the transaction, and that my personal information was deemed inaccurate. This was unexpected, as there was no prior indication that identity verification was required.
I requested that my account be closed and the funds refunded to the wallet address I provided. Unfortunately, since that request, they have ceased all communication and have not responded to my follow-up inquiries.
This experience raises red flags. I advise others to exercise caution before engaging with this company.

I was with Calico and got subsumed into Hostworld. It generally seems to have been seamless. Good to still have Kirsty available. I don’t want to get lost in some user management system. She knows me and my voice. A little disappointed at the coming price rise. Some more included mail and web space might soften the blow.

I have used the Hostinger website builder for a number of websites. Their system is good easy to use, effective and reasonably priced. I've tried others in the past and Hostinger have been the best.
