A really helpful team
I needed a simple web page and email for a small B&B business. With a great dashboard and really simple site builder, I was able to turn a template into a great web page. The email works well and integrates seamlessly with my Mac. Overall, excellent and great value

Good access to support help
Easy access to support is my number one requirement of any service. This is true for any level of support even small problems. Getting to speak to a person makes resolution will usually resolve the issue in minutes.

Generally the service is good
Generally the service is good, but I do miss being able to speak to someone on the phone like it was with Calico. This back and forth with tickets etc I find tedious. The issues do get sorted usually but it can be a tad tortuous.
