I am very dissatisfied with my haircut. I clearly stated that I wanted to keep my length, yet my hair was cut significantly shorter than agreed.
Additionally, the ends have been heavily over-thinned, leaving them looking wispy and stringy, and the layers are too aggressive and poorly blended. The result looks uneven and choppy rather than the soft butterfly hybrid I specifically asked for.
I expect a professional stylist to assess hair type and provide proper guidance throughout the process, especially when a specific style is requested. That did not happen here.

Overall, the result does not reflect what was agreed upon and has noticeably reduced fullness and length of my hair. I strongly do not recommend this hair salon for this type of hairstyle or any other that requires attention to details and experience.

Sara was very helpful and she put a really good effort finding the right solution for me. I couldn't remember the previous type of treatment for my hair, and the hair color she tried didn't work at first. But she suggested another and did the correct one. She accommodated me even if it took her a little bit longer. I am grateful for her job 🙏🏼

I have long hair, and am careful who I let cut it..
Sara is very professional, nice, good communication, takes the time needed, and gives a great haircut and the price is very correct.
I feel safe leaving my hair in her hands and can recommend
