Really impressed with how easy everything has been with Hot Chemist. I’d been looking for a pharmacy that could deliver straight to my door, and the free delivery was a big bonus for me.

Ordering through the app was really straightforward and I liked being able to keep an eye on my order rather than wondering when it would arrive. Everything came well packaged and discreet, and my medication arrived the following day.

So far, I honestly can’t fault the service. It’s convenient, quick and saves me having to make an extra trip to the pharmacy. I’ll definitely be sticking with Hot Chemist from now on.

Fast delivery, friendly team and updates whenever needed!

I have just moved to Hot Chemist as they offer free delivery directly to my home, this is really helpful to me.
Medication was discreetly packaged and delivered to me on a next day service.
I used their app to place my order which was really easy and can see where it was from placing my order to delivery to my home.
So simple to use, the whole process was very quick.
I did call them just to confirm that they had my prescription and spoke to a lady in customer services, she picked up very quickly and was very helpful.
Will absolutely use them moving forward!

Hot Chemist have been looking after my medication over the last 12 months.
The service has been 1st class without issue.

I’m highly disappointed with staff and their management.

Very disappointing experience with this pharmacy. The management style feels unprofessional and poorly organised. In my experience, staff in senior positions did not treat employees fairly and communication was not handled respectfully.

The work environment very toxic & stressful and management decisions did not always feel transparent or supportive. I expected better professionalism and leadership from a healthcare business.

I hope the owners take feedback seriously and improve how they treat both staff and customers.

I have left my initial review in brackets, as i would like people to see what can be done if there are people that are competent in their job, and also communicate. After an extensive meeting with Simon from Hot Chemist, i am now back on their books and working closely with him to ensure there is no complication. If i have any issue i call straight up l, and between us the problem is solved. We are still ironing out a few things, but fingers crossed all will be as good as it was.(I had been with Hot Chemist for many years. I have a weekly dosset box plus weekly oramorph. Today I called them to see if they would be delivering, as since it's changed hands, delivery days are hit and miss. I was told I would no longer be getting medication delivered!!! No explanation as to why, just it was the owner told them!! It's Wednesday, I need meds by Friday. How disgraceful to leave me with nothing, and to not even going to call me!!! Now I have to find another chemist which isn't easy to do dosset boxes!!)

Originally I used PillTime based in Bristol and they were terrible with prescriptions never arriving so I changed to Hot Chemist based more locally here in Milton Keynes, and they have been excellent, no problems whatever. I would recommend them for those living in Milton Keynes.

Bad service long wait for perscriptions no one answers the phone wouldn't recommend.
