Very poor. made an on line appointment for this morning but then noticed it wasnt. Rang up to correct it. Your staff member apologised and promised to "correct it" to this afternoon but didnt. I dont have time to waste with this kind of inefficiency. Really weak. Dont dare charge me for this.

I'm a new patient in to this clinic...my health requires a special treatment which in some cases other Warragul clinic couldn't unfortunately handle properly but I book my first appointment with doctor Anantha and that's the move I never regret!! She's been nothing but very professional and caring and actually someone who really wants to help with my difficult case!
I don't regret my move to this clinic and would hardly recommend her services! Looks like I have finally found the right clinic for me and hopefully I can stay here as a existing patient for a long time! Thank you Central Clinic and especially doctor Anantha...Derrick

Efficient , user friendly and reliable.

Easy to access, easy to book appropriate appointment, easy to add to calendar.

I like how I can just jump online and make an appointment at my leisure. It's a far more relaxing way to do this and there's no pressure, great after a hard day's work.
It's fast, accurate and I can save the appointment to my calendar. I've never had a problem with the app.

I find that this app is easy to use and i can see what appointments are available. Just click on a doctor and it comes up with available times.

Quick and easy app to use for booking appointments with the Doctor/s of your choice. Able to choose the purpose and method of appointment required, and with the choice of days and times to suit.

Clear pages, good layouts, straightforward process

I have been seeing Dr Quoc Duong for around 11 years and I couldn’t be happier. It’s important to feel confident in your GP and that’s exactly how I feel.

I use it all the time and have never had an issue with it or my bookings. I am even able to book appointments for a lady I care for at her preferred doctor. Wonderful app.

easy and reliable

I find it very easy to manage medical bookings thru HotDoc

I really can’t fault this app and have not experienced any problems with it.
By way of suggestion, however, it would be helpful if it would give you ‘next available’ for another doctor in same practice in the event your usual doctor was unavailable. I needed a fairly urgent ( but not life threatening) appointment and found it ‘messy’ to try and find another available doctor at the practice. Alternately, it would help if it were easier to just select the practice itself.
