It was unbeliavable! the Hotel was under construction while we were staying in it. The facade of the Hotel was covered with a huge scafolding full of construction workers. They were breaking walls, drilling something, hammering... everywhere in dust, construction materials and gas bottles...

when we asked where we would have our breakfast, the answer was "at your room only". there were no lobby, no restaurant... all was constructing during our visit.

However,
the crew was really cooperative, gentle and nice.
and the workers were realy nice, they were always nicely saluting and giving their place to us when we oftenly met them in the only elevator which was in order.
the room (most probably the only room which had completed!) was new(!) and comfortable.

Anyway, they should have informed us the situation before we went to Paris.

This hotel make you feel like home. Everything is clean and soft. It surprise me that the door and the lift are very traditional. The service here are so good. They try their best to fulfill your needs and the people are so nice! Besides, the hotel is very near to the subway station which is so important for a traveler. All in all, I spent a great time here!

My husband and I highly recommend this hotel! The atmosphere is very classic. Cosy environment made us feel like maison. Almost all the staff are very hospitable and helpful. The only drawback would be the floor, which is easy to make noise...anyway we would like to book Balmoral again if we are going to Paris!

The location of the Hotel is excellent. The personal is very freindly and always willing to help.
The rooms are small and to expensive (migth be normal in Paris downtown).

Such a good choice for our family of 5. The two adjacent rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, clean with modern bathrooms. Small market and many cafes, plus Metro just around the corner. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, fluent in English. I would stay again for sure!

Balmoral its a good option for tourists, near metro entrance, triumph arc, champs ellysies. The room was little but is has a modern bathroom. The breakfast was also good.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Was really clean, and perfect loction, so central. would definatly stay there again.

the region is very quiet and convinient to visit near cities. The food is very good cosidering the price.

When in Paris you ought to stay there.

Nice hotel with excellent connection to public transport and friendly/helpful staff. Unfortunately it´s often fully booked, so make your bookings quite ahead if you plan a trip to Paris.
