Once you use the gift card any remaining balance the banks won’t authorise I used numerous methods but banks aren’t trusting the site I can assure I had enough money in my bank to pay the remaining £73 use a card bought from hotel.com we had no problem using a gift card from them

We been given a 300 dollar voucher
We been given a 300 dollar voucher filled in everything required and we checke checked several times over but the voucher is not valid.
Gore the websites but there is no possibility to contact anyone. Goodbye 300 dollars, if you want to give someone a present just give the cash 💰 we spent 1hour and 30 minutes trying to make this work and to be honest we are ticked off!

No booking, suspended Credit card
Most of the Hotels hotelgiftcard.com are more expensive than on other websites like booking.com.
I actually tried to book two different hotels - while trying my credit card was suspended two times, because hotelgiftcard.com is not trustful for the bank.
The support can't help, because they think the problem is caused by the bank. But all the other payments methods don't work, too.
So as the result my credit card is suspended, I have a voucher for 100 Euro which I am not able to use and I still do not have any booking.
Very disappointing and definitly not recommended.
