Booking amount not refunded by Hotelzify

I have cancelled my booking ID 352491 amounting ₹3363.76 and booking ID 352469 amounting ₹5045.64. on 18/10/2025. But till date it has not been credited to my account. I have mailed but they are taking time. I talked with the hotel owner of Hotel Anurag Palace, Agartala, but of no fruitful result. Moreover hotel owner is bit rough and angrily advised me to go to court. It reminds me of the online fraud hotelier goroomgo who cheated me when I cancelled the booking at Puri, Orissa. I am not yet sure whether this company is like that, but seemed so. After the talks and mails the company send me refund to my account.

Bad experience

Bad experience,we booked hotel at Kolkatta during the period of 23rd Jan @3746/ inclusive tax & bf for 2 days at pushpak international,we paid extra 600/-for taxes(not providing GST bill) & Bf
