Horrible experience
Secily, the owner of this salon did a good job coloring and highlighting my hair. However, she was very dishonest with the price she quoted me. She told me she could do half of my hair for $240 but charged me $300. She also must of been stressed out that day because she gave me attitude when I arrived 10 minutes early to the appointment which I considered to be a courteous thing to do. When I wrote my honest review on Google she attacked me and all new customers and said because of people like me this is why she is retiring. On her Google review reply she brought up a personal conversation we had about a spiritual retreat that I had attended and how it did not work. She also sent me a rude text message to my phone. She is very unprofessional and very mean spirited and I am being completely honest. I normally only write positive reviews of experiences but this is my first negative review of a business that should not be in business due to the way they are dishonest and rude. I highly would not waste your time going to Hotheadz hair salon in Phoenix as you might be shocked in how you will be overcharged and treated.
