Loved this apartment. Well designed in minimalist style, well maintained house and apartment in renovated building. Located at excellent neighborhood - quite street just 7 min walking from Metro. An option to open window and have a silence or bird songs in the center of Milano is true treasure. Would love to come back again.

Comfortable bed, helpful staff, good location, fabulous breakfast

We liked the apartment very much, the decor war very nice. Everything was well thought out and equipped. The Staff was very friendly,courteous and helpful.
The Check-in didnt work, that would Need to be improved. WhatsApp Communication helped relativly quickly; so we get in the House and in the Apartment . It would be better to get 2 cards for the House and apartment door, because the door openener in the flat didnt work.
A well-intentioned advice: please ventilate the apartments a Lot, especially when damp wiped. The substance of the house and the interior will be quickliy damaged by hiph humidity.

The hotel is along a nice beach, all renovated, rooms soundproof, view on the sea...very good breakfast- italian style. Attentive staff, parking, trails towards natural reserve, long chairs on the beach....perfect stay!!

This hotel company is awful. We're going to file a complaint against them as I felt fully cheated. They charged me for the room and I agreed to pay an extra €50 for arriving after 9 pm (which is practically a legal robbery). But on the day of arrival, they left me stranded with no one to meet me, and I had to book another hotel. They refuse to meet me or give me a refund. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and the Hotiday company, which washes its hands of any responsibility and offers no customer service.

We stayed there in April. The staff were friendly. There is a bus and Tram station near hotel so we could reach the city center easily. The price was ok. Of course always the cheaper the better. Altogether we were satisfied.

Excellent room, excellent price, excellent location, excellent communication with host when needed, parking available.
Everything super clean, attention to detail, beautiful interior design/architecture/atmosphere.

Fantastic location for the piste and regular shuttle for trips to and from the town, loved the breakfast and bar areas too!

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel this weekend. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and well organised. Mitri was very professional and friendly. It’s clear the hotel maintains a good standard throughout. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing.

We booked our room months in advance, yet upon arrival late at night we were given a very small room with a fold-out bed instead of a proper bed. The space was so tight that it felt claustrophobic and uncomfortable.

When I went to the front desk to address the issue, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. I was told there was nothing they could do, even if I spoke to the manager. The way I was spoken to was particularly unprofessional and upsetting.

The bathroom condition was unacceptable. It was clearly not properly cleaned or maintained with visible stains, worn surfaces, and signs of long-term neglect (see attached photos).

To make matters worse, there was an extremely strong artificial fragrance in the room. It was so overpowering that it caused discomfort and headaches, and I had to keep the window open in cold weather just to breathe. It honestly felt like an attempt to mask underlying cleanliness issues rather than address them.

In addition, we were charged €135 on site as “city tax,” which seemed unusually high compared to standard rates in Rome. This added further concern about transparency and fairness.

Being told to “stay the night and check tomorrow” is not an acceptable solution when a reservation was made well in advance.

Although a larger room was offered the next day, the overall experience and the way we were treated led us to leave the hotel entirely.

This was not just about the room it was about cleanliness, honesty, and respect toward guests.

We came to Milan for a day only and were very pleased to be let into the hotel room earlier than check in! The room was exceptional: Clean, quiet and luxurious.
