Within time

Within time. Absolutely fantastic. Two gorgeous guys, well turned out and wagon spotless. washing machine down into my kitchen right next to where it was to be connected. Packaging away, gave guidance on how to connect my machine. Helped me with the old machine. Could not have asked for more. I plumbed in the machine and loads of washed clothes. Good job, next day no water all day. Marj Fogg

Great service from start to finish

Great communication and clear from start, booked in online for delivery day so no need to speak to anyone.
Let me know the day before within a 3 hour time slot, morning of delivery I received a call when they were 15 mins away.
Delivery it self was smooth and quick. Man left new dishwasher in my kitchen,I signed job done.

Quick delivery and I was kept updated on when my washer & dryer was being delivered which was narrowed down to a 3 hour window.
Both items were installed and tested by delivery team quickly and efficiently.

A 7 month old washing machine that has…

A 7 month old washing machine that has had 4 call-out/repairs taking 4 weeks to fix has broken again. After 3 hours on the phone getting cut off 3 times and talking to AI and web chat was promised a call back and didn’t happen I finally got through to customer resolutions team. From the advice of my last engineer I was told if it went wrong again it would need a new machine but apparently I need another engineer visit to confirm this. So it will be 5 working days wasted and half a day today.

Whilst all the people I’ve dealt with today have been very helpful I’ve found the overall process extremely poor and it’s cost me 5 days of holiday and over 4 weeks without a washing machine!

I would steer clear of any Hotpoint or Beko products as the engineer told me this was a common problem with this machine but would rather waste your time than replace it.

Faulty Oven Door Hinge – SA2 540 H IX

I am extremely disappointed with the failure of the door hinge on my Hotpoint SA2 540 H IX oven.
The hinge has somehow flipped back into itself and cannot be returned to its normal position without damage to the component. In my view, a door hinge should not be capable of moving into a position where it becomes unusable during normal operation, which suggests a design or manufacturing fault.
When I checked the Hotpoint website, the replacement hinge is listed as out of stock. The fact that this part is unavailable raises concerns about whether this is a common issue affecting this model.
Although Hotpoint advertises a 10-year parts guarantee, I have been informed that I would still need to pay for a call-out and labour charge to replace a part that I am perfectly capable of fitting myself. This effectively means I am being asked to pay extra to benefit from a warranty that should cover the defective component.
I do not believe it is reasonable for customers to bear additional costs when a part has failed prematurely and appears to suffer from an inherent fault. I would therefore like Hotpoint refund me for the part I had to purchase online to replace this fault.

It's not worth!!!

The fridge doesn't cooler enough, even putting the settings on max, is very cheap product. You have what you paid for. I have the fridge for 3 days and not happy.

Probably I will return if the fridge isn,t cooling properly.

Installers unable to install the…

Installers unable to install the fridge/freezer and top of fridge/freezer damaged. We had to install ourselves. We paid £90 for installation

I received a phone call 30 minutes…

I received a phone call 30 minutes before my washing machine arrived. The 2 gentleman delivering and installing my new appliance were cheerful, friendly and efficient. I felt completely at ease with them being in my home.
