If this company had zero stars that's what I would give. I ordered 15 kn95 masks and after a few emails after over a month received 5 masks only. This company has horrible customer service. Should not be allowed to advertise and hook people in on facebook. Zero stars.

Ordered 4/29 and got a email confirming my purchase and then received another email with a tracking number that Said it was delivered on 4/23 (6 days before I even ordered) needless to say i didn’t get it and don’t expect to. Tried emailing to no response and their phone number is fake so I’m pis*ed and hope they get arrested

A 1 star is way too high for this company. First of all, I'm an active reviewer. I review products and services both in the positive and negative and rely on these reviews when making purchases. I'm also a retired police officer and spent many years investigating crimes. This company is full of deception. Their website is broken, they do not have a customer service number, and they do not respond to emails. The item that I purchased from them was directed to the wrong address. I made the discovery during the purchasing process but their website didn't allow me to correct it. I sent many emails to all the links that I could find and several weeks later I get the response that they cannot refund my money, contact the post office. Well the post office can't fix it either. As it turns out, what I purchased was shipped from China
I wouldn't have purchased it had I know this. This company is like a third party so you buy through them but the manufacturer ships direct to sender. These guys take your money and then you can't get ahold of them again. Please trust me, this company is no good. Buyer be ware.

Total scam!!! I have ordered product they sai was in stock and would be mailed within 4 days. I jhave been waiting weeks at this point! Finally they sent me an email on Friday and said the item was shipped and provide me tracking links!!! The email also said now the product would NOW be mailed in AN ADDITIONAL 20 to 30 days!!! BOTH tracking links are FRAUDULENT and do not work!
I have notified the billing service and our consumer affairs edition which asked me for copies of the ad and any other correspondence which has gone back and forth! I was just able to get it to the Feds and waiting their response.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY, I BEG YOU🙏

Bad website, broken link everywhere, even the help page is unavailable.
If you want to cancel your subscription and they are not responding (The case for me) you can go directly to their payment provider (PayKickstart.com) and cancel it there.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered 3 flashlights. Yes they are a scam. I waited forever for order. Attempted to email them 3 times to ask for refund. Was not shipped yet. Sent me a track # was coming from China. Hasn’t moved on tracking. Contacted PayPal. Pending investigation. NEVER BUY FROM THEM and watch out cause they change names when they get too many bad reviews.

Like everyone else giving a 1 star, I tried to cancel, I haven't gotten anything, the tracking number does not work. Emails ignored. The company is based in China. Hopefully, using PayPal, I can get my money back.

People save yourself the headache and order from someone else!!!!!!!!
If I could give a NO star that’s what the they would get. I ordered flashlights on December 7 for Christmas gifts and here it is now past Christmas and nothing!!! No estimate date of delivery either, what a joke of customer service too. Emailed several time with not a sniff of a response.
And they make it so difficult to write a review as they know it will cause some to just say screw it.

I placed an order last week which said I would receive my drone today. I have tried calling and emailing four times asking for someone to call or email me for shipping information. NO ONE HAS CALLED OR EMAILED ME!!!! The phone number doesn't work. I am now out $135 and my husband does not have his Christmas gift!!!! I want my refund or my F$%!@ DRONE!!!!!!!!! Canceled my trial within the 7 day period and they still charged my bank account. Clearly not canceled. Support on the site does not work. Stay far away. Currently trying to get my refund and will get my bank involved if its not refunded asap.

My order from 10/31 was never received. The tracking numbers were invalid. The company phone does not answer. I have complained to the company with no response. I believe they have ripped me off.
