I have ordered a drone as advertised…

I have ordered a drone as advertised (gimbal, 2nd battery, etc.), arrived is a cheap children's toy with red coulored controler. Drone like this you can buy less half the prize. There is no answer to mails. I want to send back an refund my money, due to no response by hot sales zone there is no chance
All the reviews on the homepage must be fake. As a client there is no chance leave a review at hot sales zone.
I advise everyone on these platforms, whatever they call themselves, not to buy. There are enough reputable, longtime and also cheaper online merchants.

Bought a drone from Hotzonesales.com

Bought a drone. What is shown in the ad is a nice controller with what looks like an integrated video screen, antennas, and gimbal mounted video 1080p camera, what arrived was a cheap toy that does not have a built in screen, no antennas, and a fixed camera that takes very poor video. It looks and feels like a kids toy. Order #6841
