A big thank you to Mark for helping us not only choose the right hot tub for our family, but also allowing us to configure it to the exact specification that worked for us.
From the initial purchase right through to delivery, the whole process was smooth and straightforward, and Mark was there to help and guide us throughout.
This is actually the second hot tub we’ve bought from Mark, and once again, he has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, the delivery was quite quick and the guys were very helpful also , Wesley and Victor positioned several times to ensure we were happy with the placing of our hot tub and then got it all up and running. Again both were knowledgeable and explained running and cost effective ways to manage the hot tub, leaving us absolutely delighted with our purchase ! Thankyou

Fantastic help from Luke at Notcutts, Norwich
Luke gave us fantastic help from day one , explaining all we needed to know and this made it easier to choose which hot tub to buy. We had a soak in one of the supersize tubs, in complete privacy with cold water provided. Luke answered all my text messages immediately . He reassured us that he will be there to help us with getting used to the water care and everything required to keep our tub in good condition. Thank you Luke.

Fantastic Service and Support from Donna
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Donna at HotSpring World at Coolings Lifestyle in Knockholt.
Donna was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish, and genuinely nothing was ever too much trouble. Her communication throughout the whole process was excellent, and she kept me informed and updated at every stage.
From helping me choose the right product and arranging a trial swim, to going back to check colours and finishes, changing my mind about the cover, adding a few extra items later on, and coordinating the delivery and commissioning, Donna was always patient, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful.
I really appreciated how approachable she was and how she never made me feel like I was being a nuisance, even when I changed my mind or had additional questions. She made what could have been a complicated purchase feel easy and enjoyable.
I’m extremely happy with my swim spa and with the service I received from Donna and HotSpring World. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Donna to anyone considering a swim spa or hot tub.

Great tub- great service
From start to finish Sarah is why this is 5 star. The hottub is amazing and we are loving it- but the final thing that swung our decision was the pre sale service which has been seen again post sale. From looking for a deal on an ex show room one (which we didn't do in the end) and then helping us choose the right new tub and organising a family trial dip, and then now post sales responding quickly to our questions and coming over herself well out of hours to help solve a problem.

Although we’ve decided to put our purchase on hold for the time being, that decision is unrelated to the service we received. Donna has been absolutely excellent from start to finish. She has been welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and never once made us feel under any pressure. Every question we asked was answered thoroughly, and she took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave us real confidence.

From the moment I walked into the showroom I knew I was in experienced hands.
Sarah was amazing, so knowledgeable and able to explain all the options in a straightforward way.
Has literally guided me through the whole process, including organising the most amazing crane company to lift my hot tub over my roof.
