Fast and efficient service to complete a Full Annual Service. Additional work carried out to replace the small pump which engineer thought was causing probelm we expereinced where Self Clean was intermittent and message read "Clean Filter" - That did not resolve issue so revisit required to fix.

New Rollback Cover for Hydropool SwimSpa
We recently replaced the hard top cover with a roll off/roll on cover for our Hydropool 14AX Trainer Swim Spa purchased from The Hot Tub and Swim Spa Company some 4 years ago, and as always the service we received was excellent from ordering to fitting. Matt fitted this for us and was a delight. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly and completed the work to the usual high standard we have always had from the Company. Matt the engineer arrived to service. Great service
Matt the engineer arrived to service our hot tub very polite and professional. Talked us through everything he was going to do. Gave the tub a complete birthday ! Looked like new after he finished. Located some small leaks we had discussed with him. Decided on a strategy for going forward. Cannot fault him went above and beyond for the leaks! Left it all clean and running perfectly after a shut down of over six months because of building work here.
The usual great service from the company. Always there to help and give advice and try and help with problems. Thanks to the whole team from Theo and Christina and all the great team under them. A credit to the brand.

Great service!
We had our Hydro pool Aqua trainer 14AX serviced for the first time last week. Vinny our service engineer was fantastic, clearly hugely experienced. He was exceptionally thorough , good at explaining things that I hadn’t quite understood when the pool was first installed. He gave me hints and tips about how to make the pool management much easier(which by the way isn’t difficult anyway) and smoother. Vinny patiently waited with me whilst I made notes, in the way that I would understand! Thank you Vinny, outstanding service. Fabulous pool!
