i have been looking for particular jets for my hot tub for months, emailing companies back and forth and nobody seemed to be able to help, one email to hot tub parts, they identified the jets and they were delivered next day!

I ordered some parts from them and paid DPD before 12-00am postage as I needed the pats quite urgently
When DPD sent me delivery updates I found that the item wasn’t being sent with this postage but by just standard postage
I spoke to DPD and they informed me that only standard postage had been requested
I have emailed the company but no reply absolutely disgusting after sales service and I would NOT recommend this company

Slow to respond at first but refund was handled quickly!

Despite correct order and address unit was sent to the wrong address A nice picture of someone else's shed. Update
Supplier sent a replacement that arrived next day.

Had an issue with my tub tripping the RCD on startup. Sent the model and serial numbers to Mick who advised what the correct Balboa part was needed and what seals needed replacing when fitting. Parts arrived next day, genuine items and after fitting, the tub's back working again :). Mick's help turned a £550 call out into a £60 replacement part. Highly recommended, will certainly use again.

Used the contact us link from the website and asked what control board was a replacement for our old one.
Mick emailed back and asked for more details about the hot tub and pictures of the touch panel.
Advised which control board would work with everything and also sent instructions on how to setup / program the new control board.

After sending pictures of my old hottub pump Mike from hottubparts.co.uk informed me of the correct replacement.
A fantastic service even contacting me after hours.
I had my delivery in 2 days to N.Ireland so really pleased.
I highly recommend this family run business.

I bought a pump from hottubparts.co.uk and fitted it to my hot tub. After 10 months the pump developed a noise inside the motor. I contacted the company by email and got an instant reply from the company director. I was advised to box the pump up and send it back at NO cost to me. Within a matter of days, I received a brand new Pump. It came with all new seals and fittings. I want to say, what a fantastic service. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you !!

After careful checking and speaking with customer support, I ordered 2 pumps. My installer showed up 35 days after the order was placed. He took one look at them and realized they were too large. I immediately emailed the company and they said I couldn't return over $800 of brand new, in the box pumps. Past 30 days. SORRY! After begging them, they allowed me to ship them back. Minus their shipping cost to send them to me and a $50 restocking fee. Plus $135 for me to send the back. Highly recommend buying from a more reputable company!

Ordered the wrong part so contacted them to send it back and swap it for the correct part. After an initial email asking for pictures from the Company Director Mick Trice, I was ignored with no response at all after that. Sent several emails after including the pictures that I was asked for. Waste of time and money.

Helped diagnose my problem and found the exact part I needed. Very friendly and helpful.

My friend sent a part back to you about 2 weeks ago as it did not work correctly. Since then they have tried to call and no one answers, and when emailing only hears that you are still chasing the manufacturer.

Why have you simply not tested and replaced the the part yourself as it states in your return policy?
